theres something i dont get, how is it that he means 'that the sun has split from the earth' i mean if it was before the 'water earth' that is , during the cooling and solidification proccess, does he then mean that perhaps the bodies themselves have moved or thatthe forces within the body moved?

I don't know if I can answer properly, but i'll try.
As I understand it, this process was a sort of distillation, or a kind of separation of different types of element that were previously mixed as one, they then, became two different types/bodies over an extremely long period of time.
+THE KARMA POLICE BUREAU thank you for the reply 😄 it's difficult to understand what he means sometimes or even when, im guessing he sees evolution of Man as something that has come In rather more forms than what one might expect? is there any book you might recommend to read up on?

There is an extremely large amount of subjects treated throughout his work. and the style can be a little difficult to approach casually, it takes a certain effort on one's part to gain access to this knowledge. I think, the basis of all his studies take root from a book entitled 'Philosophy of Freedom'.
You can, also, research works that are close to your personal interests. There is a site: Rudolf Steiner Archive. On that site, there is a search section, like a google search, only within his work. It is used by students to search specific subjects , and the results show where it is discussed, and which lectures or books contains the information. Very useful.
Hello. Can you please list the titles of other music used in the piece. There is this one Middle Eastern melody that I have been looking for a long time (starts at about 9:43) and from what can gather is not by the Scribes of Kur. Thanks.
Hello JS. The song is 'Habebe' by Anne Dudley & Jaz Coleman, from the album 'Songs From The Victorious City'.
