I hate when fans hate him for being main vocalist. He deserves that position.
Yes, they think that being the main vocalist means that you get the most parts. They don't realise what is really behind being the main vocal.
Right? They don't understand that it's not just a name. They didn't choose main vocal by playing rock paper scissors, this was a deliberate decision. And i don't understand why the fans would have a problem when the members themselves are fine with it and appreciate his role as a main vocalist. It makes no sense

I find it so amazingly admirable that 13 -14 year old Jungkook had such a mature attitude, depth of understanding, and the emotional maturity to get through what had to be a really difficult time as a trainee and new idol. Being separated from his family and everything he had known up to that point must have been so hard and could have even ended his career before it started. His ability to find that inner strength to overcome and push through is just wow. And then in the past few years it would have been easy to just rest on all the accomplishments instead of continuing to grow but he has chosen to keep stretching himself to get better and better. He's really an incredible young man.

He is their golden child and how many idols/artists, especially the main vocalist, do you know who can make a decision to not take vocal lessons? It was his choices and his decisions from the get go. Don’t victimize him. Appreciate his determination, hard work and success along with the other 6 boys. Oh and mother thing….listen to what they say instead of creating your own narrative.

Right now except for dynamite in all bts songs he has 2 lines maximum and his company is using him as back up vocalist of the group .....if company or group cant give him enough lines to sing let jk work outside of his group with other musicians and he is getting alot of offers too

It kills me that he was only 13 when he started as a trainee, and 15 at debut. I’m not surprised he was scared, he was a child. How lucky that the boys ( mere teenagers at the time) were so good to him. How fortunate that his parents allowed him to pursue his dream, it’s a big thing to let your child do at 13.
I legit think Bang PD saved a country in his past life when you think about how Jungkook ended up with BigHit. It's not just his parents allowing him to pursue his dream. There is also his parents stepping back and allowing him to choose where he wants to be at such a young age. For all intents and purposes, it is a miracle Jungkook ended up at BigHit. Usually at that age, someone would have been in his ear trying to influence his decision and that decision would have most likely been based on stability and what looked like a "sure thing". Compared to some of the other offers he received, Big Hit was not high on the list when thinking about "sure thing".
Big thanks needs to be given to the adults in Jungkook's life for giving him the agency to make such large decisions at such a young age and not trivialize whatever it was he saw in RM that fateful day.

And how lucky are we, Army, that BTS is real in our timeline of life. I need a dose of BTS daily. I'm awed just by range of music they have made. They have a song for my every mood. Even of they retired today, they gave us enough music already to sustain me for years to come, but I'm so grateful that they are still doing it. I hope to get to a BTS concert before I die and that's getting close, 'cause I'm an oldie myself already.
Ida is the best when it comes to JK videos. RM said it best Jungkook has many roles in BTS sometimes I don’t think people realize how much he does and how important of a piece he is in BTS… neither does Jungkook at times he always feels he doesn’t do enough, but we all see that it’s not the case. It has been “suggested” by many vocal coaches they think he has perfect pitch as he is able to start on pitch of any song without any background music.. RM calls him the harmonizing fairy Lol . Patiently waiting for JJK1
@@JungkookSeven Jungkook is his own person who doesn't need to be freed from anything. If he wants a solo project and career, he will do it; and ARMY will support him all the same. As of now, he is a member of the group BTS. Please respect that.

I don't like thinking of BTS disbanding but it's going to happen one day. Eventually BTS won't be there and he'll have to step out on his own. He said it himself - he'll never stop singing.

Not to be a sap but Suga really really has a big place in his heart for Jungkook, he really adores him, he takes care of him, he worries about him constantly, there's just this kind of hidden link between them that people seem to not notice a lot... But I think Suga said it once, that if he had a son he would like him to be just like Jungkook.
Jungkook and suga are close. They have alot in common. Suga always protects jungkook from the beginning. Jungkook is the only member to have suga passcode to his studio

well Jin and Suga did raise Jungkook from when he was 13.. all of them did, but Jin and Suga being the 2 oldest really played the parent part. Jin would cook JK's meal for school and drive him, and Suga would fetch him from school.
You can remove all the full lines of Jungkook from a BTS song. But JK is STILL in the song, always. RM didn't say it for no reason, there's no replacement for JK. He adds so much to the songs and the responsibilities he has are no joke.

Jungkook is basically singing every BTS song in the background by himself!. He is the backbone of the team. Add to that singing all the guides to their songs and even other members’ mixtape songs!. Despite being the youngest, the members rely on him a lot. He does so much behind the scenes that goes unnoticed by many. You can tell he is THAT guy in recording sessions. He spends so much more hours in the studio to record the chorus and all these background vocals and harmonies. He is just all over any BTS song. I’m thankful for Ida S for making this video. I’m so proud of him🤧.
Just imagine how tiring it is for him to do adlibs, hormonizing, sing, dance and even rap in their every performance and concerts. Evryone must give their respect and love for this guy. So much pressure and work in just a young age. Like, I can't even cook a rice when i was 15 yrs old.
Many people do underestimate his abilities. He's the main vocalist for a reason! The quicker people accept this, the better it is. He himself sometimes doesn't recognize the blessing he is. It's not something you can find in everyone, being good at singing, dancing, athletics, drawing, painting and being kind, passionate, sincere and STILL remaining humble. This man truly deserves all the happiness. People certainly need to respect him instead of being jealous and throwing hate towards him cuz he deserves the position he's at.
@sara mayni exactly, some people claim themselves to be an army but drag jk just because "he gets more lines" not looking at the hard work he's putting in, the background vocals, adlibs and high notes. It hurts to see that :( obviously they all have amazing and unique voices but it's not a hidden fact that jk's voice is the most stable when it comes to singing live. I hope people realize his talents, hard work and his love for music
this is why it drives me nuts when people get annoyed at JK having more lines or this or that. That boy sings EVERYTHING. He covers for others when they can't sing. The ad libs, the harmonizing, the guides, the background vocals, the rapping, and then the regular singing.
It's crazy how solo stans turn everything against Jungkook. Over line distribution of all things. They forget that BTS actually has to PERFORM these songs in concerns, hundreds of times, without breaking a sweat.
Like - you need someone stable at the center. The vocal line would fall apart if you put an unstable vocalist at the helm, lol. Not everything can be auto-tuned backstage/edited in post-production.

What we REALLY need to acknowledge along with his talents is his selflessness. Too many other groups have broken up over who gets the most parts on the songs. Whereas our guys all share in their appreciation for and reliance upon one another for the TEAM'S success. I don't think I have seen any one of them go off on a diva trip. AND they are incredibly supportive of each other's solo efforts. How rare of a group they are. They embody team spirit and brotherhood and hard work...together...always. Even when the poop was hitting the fan and they were considering disbanding, they worked through it together. They deserve every accolade they've received. They promised to "work hard" for their fans, and they did not let is down. And we are so blessed to be here for it all.

There’s a very clear reason why RM named him the Golden Maknae and it’s because of an insane amount of hard work and innate talent. He is invaluable.

This is why JK is my bias, he is a phenomenon in his own right as well as being part of BTS. He lays down all the vocal guides for the other members as well as doing the harmonies and ad libs. His range is amazing and he has such natural musicality - because he can rap and sing he can find the harmonies/tempos that mesh the rap line and vocal line together seamlessly which adds to the sound of BTS as a whole.
His ad libs at the end of the live Butter performance from 'A Butterful Getaway' and the live version of PTD srsly give me life! I adore Jeon Jungkook for now & always.

I have always said that JK’s vocals are the back bone to their music. He does literally all the harmonies and ab libs. He has perfect pitch and can adapt to any song. He really is a Vocal King and he is so humble about it. Always wanting to improve and do better. If there is one thing he is bad at it is doubting and being to hard of hisself.
That's why when he didn't pass the audition seven companies try to recruit him because of his voice they saw his talent and fortunately he signed to a very good company

@@BangTanies953 Superstar K was a reality show. JK didn't pass bcz he was visibly too shy and quiet but had great talent. Reality shows do this a lot. When they see good potential, they don't take them in the shows and later on give them offers for the real deal. JK had the vocals, looks and everything that's needed to be a great kpop idol. That's why he immediately got offers from 7 big companies after that audition.

Being a main vocalist is not about getting the most lines.He does most of the background scene! This video portraits the role and I hope fans respect that! We can have our fave colour, but the main vocalist relies on consistency and Jk never wavers! He sure deserved this position and it was meant for him! He is indeed a rare artist that every agency wants cuz when he was first discovered on a singing show he apparently got offers to join over 7 agencies all of which were much bigger and more influential than bighit at the time. Jungkook still chose bighit which was poor n going into bankruptcy at the time because he thought RM was cool and wanted to work with him

The reason was jk saw RM rapping which impressed him. So he joined bighit.
Just like what someone once said even if you remove all jungkook’s lines from a song he is still gonna be in the song the latest example is in butter when they even used his breathing as an instrument
I thought about how there is no replacement for jungkook and how he can't be absent then I remembered there was save me performance where he was injured and they didn't sing it for him they just played the track bc he doesn't have one part or just main part he sings the chorus, adlibs etc so it's hard to cover his parts by other members another example they were in Europe and both jungkook and jimin were ill they had interview they had to choose who will perform and it was jungkook who performed he sat on chair and sang both his parts and jimin's then I understood why Rm and all of them were so anxious when jungkook collapsed in Chile and they were in the middle of concert backstage
That's why I admire jungkook he is so hardworking but never brag about his work bc he considers it his responsibility💜
He has a lot of responsibility on his shoulders. As a result, I think sometimes he prioritizes the group over himself and it comes across in his personality - like - he always adjusts based on the needs of the group and he never puts himself over anyone by seeking attention or doing something "quirky" to attract to camera for something shallow. He just sits politely in interviews and lets the group members do all the talking. And when it's his turn to talk, he prioritizes sincerity over being cute/funny/flashy with his answers.

Jungkook loves to sing. It really shows. He has the ability to hear and understand music in way that makes him so good at harmonising, which is also the reason why he usually records the guide versions. Besides that he is so versatile and can sing any genre. I can’t wait for his mixtape.
JK understands that his vocal strength is that he could sing any song and express what the song intends to portray.
He also has good ear for harmonies. And if you would listen how his harmonies evolved through time, you could hear how natural and refreshing his harmonies have become now. He, harmonizing with himself in Magic Shop and Euphoria 😆😆...
That is God given talent that is so precious. That's why he is the center. No one can take away his golden voice. Jungkook is the only one that can do Harmonization, adlibs etc.

Jungkook is so naturally gifted but still gives effort 100%. Proud is an understatement 💜
This shows so much. A lot of stans out there get upset because you hear Jungkook' s voice more than anyone else and I get it. You want to hear your bias but this really shows why it happens. It's not just Big Hit, its the members themselves that know he is the main, the one needed the most to back them up. From Jin to Jimin to V to the rapline he backs them all. They can all sing but he is the MAIN. They recognize it so we should too.
Jungkook's advantage is his ear and his ability to feel the music. He is amazing, can go very far. I feel that his career is still young and he will move mountains.
JK reminds me SO much of Michael Jackson. And I don't say that lightly, being a massive MJ fan for 30+ years. MJ did most of his own harmonizing and background vocals, and he had so many different styles to his voice, depending on what the song needed. JK does the same thing. Not to mention the duality of who he is on stage vs. off stage. Same thing happened with MJ. They both have that charisma and ability to just suck you in to their performance and hold your interest. JK gets a lot of praise for what he does with the main vocals but a lot of people miss all the "other" things. The other vocalists are talented AF on their own, but JK takes them to another level with his backing vocals and harmozing. Plus, the guy is STABLE. He doesn't waver, no matter how tired he is or how difficult the choreo is. He's the one you can always count on to deliver. His technique is impeccable. I 100% believe BTS would not be where they are today without JK. And I truly think we've only seen the beginning of what he's going to do in his career. I have MASSIVE respect for this guy.
Totally agree, I'm close to 50, so I've seen MJ probably whole my life, used to be a big fan in the 80ties. Lots of simularities between him and sweet JK. Only hope Jungkook will stay healthy and sane under all the pressure. He is so hardworking and harsh on himself, he just deserves to be happy. I admire his work and big heart for the other members, and fans.
Say it louder girl. So happy to see great comments like yours. Many people love him for the very same reasons you listed, many people discredit and hate him because his talent and skills are intimidating or because he poses a threat to their own favourite ones and some people just started to wake up to greatness of Jungkook thanks to videos like this one.

Like I've always said, Jungkook is the most humble and honest person I know of. Suga is straightforward and honest with his commenting. Jungkook is the epitome of humility. He gets lots of praise, but doesn't seem to be letting that praise go to his head. He stays grounded. He's charming. He's likable. He's gorgeous. He a great dancer and performer. He's the baby of the group. He's loved by many ARMY!. He has powerful vocals. Yes, and he harmonizes like nobody's business. What can't this guy do? He is absolutely an outstanding vocalist! Thank you for reacting to this. Jungkook is the center glue for the other members. Which is why RM said, without JK there would be no BTS. It's amazing how much of his vocals in the background, always, gets overlooked because no one is really paying attention because at the time everyone is focused on who is singing the song at the time. However, when during another member singing a song, you can hear someone in the background and that someone is always Jungkook. Even the soft speaking parts that you catch at times in the background of a song is JK. He's amazing in every way, shape and form of the word. Golden Maknae for sure!! 💜💜

So pretty much in most of the songs, he's backing the others in the vocals along with them. In "Life goes on", he's backing Jhope and Suga. Even in "Films Out" he's pretty much backing each one of them. Wow. I didn't know that. That's why he the main vocalist. His voice is on another level. I love to hear him sing.

I have never found actual good videos about Jk, talking about his talent and contributions to the group and his actual personality!! There are mostly meme videos of him or videos describing him just as the annoying brother or the younger brother of the group!!! I have watched a lot of good videos about the other members and was yet to find good ones about jk so I am glad I found Ida’s videos!!! Those are very good and insightful with the actual videos attached to it as proof so it’s nice!!! I got to know about the amount of work he does behind the scenes and I was shocked!!! I have started listening to their older songs and he is always at the back going off with the harmonies, adlibs and vocal layering, whenever the rest are doing their main parts kookie is always at the back doing the harmonies and all, to it top it all, he always sound exactly the same live, he is also credited for the chorus for almost every bts song!!That boy never left the studio ever since he was 15😅!!

Sometimes I want Jungkook to speak more about his feelings but it's his choice so we Armys have to support and respect his choices . It is sad that many hate him because he has more lines without seeing how much work he put behind.

I have such high respect for Jungkook. He has so much that is riding on him and he is so humble. For someone so young and being so massively successful is impressive. He isnt one of my biases for no reason. If I could have one wish it would be to be a fly on the wall so I could be wherever he is just to listen to him sing all the time. His voice is heavenly 😍

Ihave always thought Jungkook had an uncanny ability to sing at any range he chooses to. He can harmonize with any member of BTS but still keep his own style. I once compared his voice to singing inside a church with high windows and the ability to sing without music just his voice. Only certain people on this earth have a God-given gift. Jungkook is one of them. The reason I know is because my own father was a traditional bluegrass musician and I heard him sing all his life from the age of 6 to the age of 82.
