Kese security hogi ki wo sahi insan hai naki koi fraud karke bhaga hua hai...i hope you get my point..... jese hotel me safety k lie proof lete hai do we have to do the same....?
If something happens to guest may he girl boy reh re ho and kuch bhi galat they did......and legeally in india police / law will blame us ??? That how can you allow a stranger in your home without proof.....i hope now u get my question.....plz help.me i need a dedicated answer on this one.....regaridng secueity...secuety tips etc

Yes. It is mandatory to collect one Photo id of each guest staying at your place. In case of foreign nationals passport, visa is mandatory
If you have all the legal licences to run your property ( Homestay) and collected all necessary IDs then no need to worry about.
