It took so long, right? These guys are just clowns. With a better attitude they could win a worlds. But still impressed by how much has G2 accomplished this year, FPX just played better
Just dont undertand why people hype western teams so much every year. G2 won MSI, great, but dont tout them as best team in the world or nonsense like peak LOL is played by G2. G2 does amazing things no other team in the world can do..blah blah blah. EU casters should tone down their bias especially Vedius. LEC is competitive but as it looks now, not on the same level as LPL. Im sure a western team will win worlds soon and dominate someday but it will be a slow and steady progression and LEC is already in the midst of it.

As a G2 Fan (since the zven-mithy era), it's gonna be a 3-0 FPX. FPX looked so ready for any contingencies in this Bo5. Also, G2 feels like they are playing not to win but not to lose (survival). In order for them to pull out a reverse-sweep (which seems less-likely), the really have to draft wisely.

G2 has been burried, I can't see how do they come back again. FPX has a brilliant team work and each player master their selected characters. Behind of their game, there is also a professional coach who has a book of preselected characters for guiding the selection of its. Now G2 has a Cap's dad who will make a warm milk for some very long unfortunated nights to remember the unique occasion to access to the supreme throne that fly away into the hand of Phoenix. We are now in the gold age of China. Life goes one. remember that next year, the championship will be at China, Shanghai. I can't imagine the song - let's go G2 - vibe the land of the real champions.

I think the first two drafts are too cocky, does not show lots of respect to fpx , it s a high risk and poor team fight draft for g2. I guess if its in lec finals., u can play like that, however u must not play this kind of risky wired draft facing lpl teams. They will punish u through every mistake and enlarger the lead by taking risk decisions which they have a higher chance to win, rush baron for example. I like g2 draft in the third game however their mind seem to be crashed and tian dominates the game.
