Ah man i had to watch this after it randomly came up in my YT recommended - I used to watch Martial Law back in the day and this guy Sammo was the man!
I'm being admired with the Sammo Hung although he'd being the fat and big body person but he stillnesses could make the Kung Fu movement liked the ordinary body person do even better. He's movements looks so smooth and slightly even more better with his fat belly body's . He'd the best of his kind of body but it's need the practice and training everyday. It's not a daily workout succes.
