1/34 Scale Heil Formula Python Demo/Camera Test Vid

Nothing special here, just a quick, poorly shot video of my 1/34 scale Heil Formula Python. I was just wanting to test out the video recording capabilities of my digital camcorder for comparison to my camcorder that uses the pain-in-the-ass little tapes. The lighting was kinda crappy in my room when I shot this, so it kinda made the quality suck, so I'll probably make another test vid in a day or two, and I might play around with the settings a bit too. Let me know which camera you guys think I should use from now on!

And I'd totally just do that thing with the tags, but then it crops out part of the video, and it'd take me a long time to get used to accommodating for that while filming.

@3amrepmike3 Thanks! I may use this camera to film some Dempster Recycle One action tomorrow, and see what the result is with that. Actually, Heil does offer the Python arm on the Formula square ribbed body. I got the idea from a Heil demo video for it. They don't have any pics of any on their website, one of those things that I guess you have to special request from them. They do still offer that combo though!

I built one and end up throwing it out. The reason why was because my train box was on top of all my styrene models and it f*cked it up pretty bad. Maybe we can do a collage soon.

nice. the quality on this looks great imo. And i wonder if anyone has ever put a python arm on an old 7000 body in real life. That would be soo cool!

I think fr vids that you want to come out really well use the camcorder but if you are in a rush use the camera. THey both work very well! Can you make a vid of how the packer in this truck works? Once you get the 7000 arm designed I am getting one of these! it is so cool!

whhooaa...nice hopper! Pretty realistic follower panel. I would love to build one of those myself.
