The Psychologist described the defendant as 'only having a partial love, not a whole love", for his wife. If Mr. P really is a narcissist as she suggests, her take would be incorrect, since there would be no partial love, but a complete absence.
nb. I am assuming that the psychologist meant narcissist and was not differentiating between a narcissistic person and a narcissist. I could be wrong.

what is the difference (or is there even a difference) when... a narc is just... lazy and boring?
