Something I've never seen someone mention is how many pictures of Alex g there are. He's everywhere, in every haircut and stage of life. He's like a shapeshifter but somehow you can always tell its him when you see him.

This song is very nostalgic for me. It wasn’t too long ago, but a lot has happened since I first heard this song. I used to listen to it on walks through the woods near my house, I’d walk for ages then find my cosy little spot up on these graffitied brick blocks. It was quite high up, so I had to climb. I can picture it all now, those were such nice times. I could see the whole woods from where I’d sit, and I’d just sit there, listening to the stream below me. It’ll always be a core memory for me.

i hate having divorced parents so much because i feel like i don’t have a home and school used to be my home but now that’s it’s summer i feel like i don’t actually belong anywhere and i’m just sitting in the lobby of my moms apartment building right now at 11 pm and i knocked on her door and she’s sleeping so she didn’t answer and i don’t even have a key and i just want to go to my friends house and throw rocks at his window bc in some way his house feels like home because it never changes
that is so fucking true. I have felt the exact same way abt my friends houses too. Cant stand my mums house, feels like im trapped and im dying and same with my dad. Srsly your friend might be very accepting you should try rocking up. Ik i would accept one of my friends rocking up that late. Best of luck, companion.

June of 2020, im living in LA and i come out to my parents as transgender. they dont take it well and kick me out of the house. I have one friend at the time, a gay guy living up in Maine. I took an offer to fly over to his place for shelter as I would rather that than be homeless in Cali. My time so far on the east coast hasnt been great, i was kicked out by this "friend" and developed a fent addiction while living on the streets of portland maine. after 2 and a half years of that bullshit and a couple close calls with death, this year I got clean, went to a psych ward, got medicated for some of my issues, went to rehab, moved to massachusets and im now being housed at a trade school. I dont like to look back on those times but whenever i hear this song it reminds me of that era of my life, i listened to this a lot in rehab.
