Every time I see this I imagine Sinatra in the wings, saying, DAMN! That kid could sing.

Elvis was never not in his prime. He merely matured..the natural course if life.Regarding his hair..It was short on the sides and longer on top.The reason ..under his military hat ( just got out of the army) all you can see is the sides if his hair. The top is much linger and is hidden when wearing a hat ir cap ...suitable haircut to meet military regulations.

Vocally Elvis NEVER lost it! Even with health issues & life struggles late in his career, remarkably he continued on, never missing a beat. I honestly don't know how he could function as he did for so long. Truly a blessing. Elvis was special. Never will there be another like him. I hope Elvis can now see the everlasting affect he had on us. POWERFUL.

I love all Elvis, he was special throughout his career and remained different. I love how his voice matured and became more powerful. No matter what time frame, no one can touch Elvis.

There's no particular time in his career where he was the best he came out firing from day one as one of the best singers till the day he passed away August 16th 1977 at the age of 42 is his voice was still amazing to the last minute of his life may he rest in peace long live the king !

Elvis’s ‘prime’ is subjective. His superior talent and selflessness prevailed...always! BTW, he passed at forty•two. Thank you for carrying on his name!

Hi, my name is Donna and I’ve seen a few of your reactions on Elvis and felt I had to subscribe. I’m an old lady now lol but 65 years ago at the age of five years old I fell in love with the man Elvis Presley it was immediate and now 65 years later those feelings never left. He’s always been my hero my entire lifetime. As a teenage girl, I was able to see Elvis live in concert many times looking back probably the highlight of my life. Thank you so much for the kind words that you said about Elvis believe me, they do not go unappreciated you seem like a very respectful young man, and I appreciate that don’t know whether you have seen King Creole from the movie, King Creole, or even Dixieland rock from the movie King Creole. They’re fun songs when Elvis was a young kid also bossa nova baby they have it from the fun in Acapulco movie but they have a remix which is longer and shows his dancing skills. God bless you young man stay safe and thank you so much for learning about Elvis and appreciating not so much the entertainer, but the gentle, kind soul. Maybe you could check out Elvis and the black community. Many people do not know that Elvis grew up in the ghetto, and he was the only white boy And a total black community it’s about a 15 minute or less mini documentary that I feel might show a different side of Elvis that you might not even be aware of. Thank you again I hope your life is wonderful.

Elvis had it u til the end. Even then he still had his voice. For me the end was tragic and when he passed the whe world stopped but his legacy is forever beautiful.
