Mama B must mean pre-jerk, not pre- boil which is raw pork. This kind of pork taste Irie, as it is not fed factory produced feed, but is free range.

I love this man jerk pork, it looks great and very humble. Yu need to show more pork centers , rather than the whole lot of chicken places. Pork is a novelty of Jamaica too. Yu need to visit a lot more pork places

Uncle B’s Miracle Jerk Center. It’s across from the Port Maria New Testament Church when traveling along the main road in Sandside. Just ask for Uncle B or Mr Brown jerk.
