What's the setting on your PCSX2?
Mine works very slow with this game.
For that video I was running software mode. try running the game in hardware mode with some of the speedhacks turned up a bit higher in the emulator settings. before i upgraded my pc i experienced massive frame drops trying to run the game in software mode

How to get that gun?
I'm not sure if it gives it to you for playing on black ops difficulty or if you get it from playing through hard difficulty. But it's one of those two
you must finish the game on black ops difficulty and complete 100% of the objectives :)
God do I miss this game! Every weapon. Every level. Every difficulty. It was fun taking your time and getting creative with your kills.
