I am absolutely madly in love with these lovely girls, especially doing the "belly dance". I think they are more than competent to challenge the belly dancing ladies of the arab world. I think they are based in New Delhi, if they were in Bombay (which I usually frequent) I would love to go and see them live. Well done girls, you are true ambassadors of your profession.

Desi Flow Nitisha Nanda is the best, the one on the left, front row. See, Indian classical like Kathakk and Bharatnatayam is a lot to do with facial expressions. Nitisha Nanda's facial expressions chances according to the sensuality demanded by the song. But the one on the right, front row - she smiles a lot for no reason. Smiling is not sensuality. Hence, Nitisha Nanda takes my vote and my ***Heart*** .

Nitisha Nanda (the one you are referring to) is indeed the best of them. Her movements and layers of expressions captures the essence of this Thumari so well. Wish her appearance was not cropped by the videographer. She has been training in Odissi for over 18 years - Mostly at Pratidhwani as a disciple of Guru Ipsita Behoora (student of Late Shri Kelucharan Mohapatra) and Sri Samir Kumar Behra.
Below is the link of one her famous performance of Shiva Tandava (Attributed to Ravana) and one of the best I've come across, though video quality is not all that great:

yes i searched for her in google and in other dances performed by the four dancers of this song and i found that she is damini. however, thanks for the confirmation...
Damini Sahay (tall girl in colourful dress in the centre) is a very good dancer and her movement is indeed so well. I am not sure if she is trained in any classical dance form as her expressions has room for improvement. The one in black blouse is Nitisha Nanda. Her movements are equally good, but her expressions are better and shows in some degree her classical training. She has been training in Odissi for over 18 years - Mostly at Pratidhwani as a disciple of Guru Ipsita Behoora (student of Late Shri Kelucharan Mohapatra) and Sri Samir Kumar Behra.

I indeed struggled for past 1 hr and finally could find her out that she is Damini Sahay the girl on front right who dragged me mad. What a fabulous belly dancer is she. I could not concentrate on others as she is so perfect and very very smooth. I m out of my mind!!!
