Long or short, I'll never tired of your weekly vlogs. Been poorly recently so went back to episode 1 and started watching them (again) from the beginning. Thursday night is Heidi night!
I didn’t realize I missed your everyday adventures on the cut until now when you are back cleaning and fighting with Nikki’s mop. Also, love your encouragement of your nephew in his musical work.
The longer the better! Don't be rude! Manic day at work so what better way to relax than Heidi Thursday with a bit of cruising, polishing and boat tours, oh and of course some rum! Perfect 🥰
The peacocks' calls were eerie! Great Thursday evening fix of The Rum Wench as always. Loved the cygnets and ducklings. And Bonnie's face as you sampled the cake was a treat.
Glad that i found you. I have watched Cruising the Cut and Mindful Narrowboat. You all have a wonderful relaxed comfortable style. I have to see more of your previous videos as well. Luv your Frenchie.
Heidi, there's no end to your talents....... from taking her up the ship canal like the ultimate pro, to touching up the old girl just several weeks later.....you're a star!
Seeing the Broken Cross and Salt Barge brought back happy memories. Before I bought my own boat, we used to hire from Anderton and would often stop at the Broken Cross. We would stop at the Salt Barge on the last night before returning the boat. One time, my older daughter who was then 14 managed to exchange mobile numbers with the young lad behind the bar without me being aware of any flirtation and, before I knew it, they were dating!
Ahoy there Heidi and yer pooch 😁....feel good day of the week be here, can't believe you referred to yer boat as a " turd" 😂 ...she's far from that she's a beauty and even more so with her gurt lush steps, time well spent titivating her.......that cake looked scrummy , did chuckle at Bonny looking hopeful that a crumb or 2 might fall her way. 😊. Thank you again for a lovely lovely vlog , enjoy being back on the canals and take great care out there. 😁..... Happy solstice. 😎🌻🌼
Hi Heidi, another great video - I'm still imagining being buffed with your muff - shouldn't be having such thoughts. Keep the vids coming and keep living the dream. We all love your sense of humour. X
Just a quick Hello from Northern New Jersey, USA. Very interesting solution for the steps at the rear entrance. Looking forward to the next video. Be well and stay safe. 😊
What have we done to deserve such a plethora of innuendos this week, fantastic. You can't polish a turd, but you can roll it in glitter 😁. That peacock sounded like it kept shouting hello 😂. Love the steps, thanks Heidi.
Heidi, what you want to do to stop your chimney tar running down and spoiling your paintwork, is get a strip of material (old tee shirt is good) and tie it around the base of your chimney at the chimney collar. If you change it periodically it will absorb the tar and stop the runs.
That was a fine video Heidi, and really enjoyable. The boat has come up really well so well worth the effort you put into it. Thanks for sharing. Take care. 👋🇬🇧🇺🇦🇪🇺

well well, we do like a long one ;) great work on those steps, they look the proper job. Those are a more reasonably priced selection of boats too. Big cleaning job Heidi. Shame we’re not over there as my husband could have done your steps for you. Hi Heidi, and little Bonny, thank you once again for the wonderful video always enjoy the fanny farts and I think a lot of guys would love to get into your rear entrance LOL. Keep up the good work. Lots of love from Australia
What cute boats and lovely stairs! When you showed you old stair set up all I could think is ‘I would fall down them stone cold sober😂’ I do like your idea of 2 stoves. I was wondering if the bedrooms got cold ❄️ The peacocks sound great!
Good idea with the steps .You never can have too much storage on a live aboard boat. I think the first used boat would be a pretty good buy because it was priced low enough that it would leave you some money to re-do the interior to your special needs. The boat lift is always a nice part of your videos. Looking forward to more canal experiences, however the river cruise was great. Here is a rum to you, cheers.
Thanks Lovely Heidi, the end of your lovely Weaver adventure then on to "top wash" The Rum Wench which turned out looking beautiful so you deserved the cake and a rum. The very practical steps look great but it was a shame that you wrecked the pram cover on that little boat, lol. I hope that you and Bonny are well and have a lovely weekend. Take care and all the best. Stevie

Thanks Heidi, another brilliant video. I couldn't believe it when you passed the "Thin Lizzie" at the beginning of the vlog as my wife and I are going to see a Thin Lizzie tribute band tonight.
@@TheNarrowboatPirate Thanks but unfortunately we didn't get there. My wife has mobility issues and she fell over twice in the front garden on the way to the car and I struggled to get her up so we decided not to risk it.
I have a mitt from a company called Norwex. It is for cleaning your car. You just use water with it and it is amazing. No soap needed. It even looks like you have used wax when you are finished. It has special silver fibres in it . I also have window cleaning cloths from them. You only use water. They are amazing.

Hi Heidi, and little Bonny, thank you once again for the wonderful video always enjoy the fanny farts and I think a lot of guys would love to get into your rear entrance LOL. Keep up the good work. Lots of love from Australia
Awesome video! Love those new steps! Extra storage is always nice. 🥃
What cute boats and lovely stairs! When you showed you old stair set up all I could think is ‘I would fall down them stone cold sober😂’ I do like your idea of 2 stoves. I was wondering if the bedrooms got cold ❄️ The peacocks sound great!
I love having my two fires but I only light the rear one in very cold weather as the main cabin stove heats the boat really well 😃🏴☠️
Good idea with the steps .You never can have too much storage on a live aboard boat. I think the first used boat would be a pretty good buy because it was priced low enough that it would leave you some money to re-do the interior to your special needs. The boat lift is always a nice part of your videos. Looking forward to more canal experiences, however the river cruise was great. Here is a rum to you, cheers.
Yes, that first boat was ready to put your own personal stamp on and make it into a lovely home for the money
Superb one this week, Heidi! Very inventive steps too! Multipurpose rum storage! ❤️
Haha they are full of crap already 😂😂
Thanks Lovely Heidi, the end of your lovely Weaver adventure then on to "top wash" The Rum Wench which turned out looking beautiful so you deserved the cake and a rum. The very practical steps look great but it was a shame that you wrecked the pram cover on that little boat, lol. I hope that you and Bonny are well and have a lovely weekend. Take care and all the best. Stevie
Hahaha I know, I had to run off incase I got the blame 😂😂😂
Enjoy sharing your experiences. Your blogs are great 👍

I’ve already filled them with crap 😂😂
Thanks Heidi, another brilliant video. I couldn't believe it when you passed the "Thin Lizzie" at the beginning of the vlog as my wife and I are going to see a Thin Lizzie tribute band tonight.
Oh wow, I hope you have a fabulous time 🏴☠️🎵❤️
@@TheNarrowboatPirate Thanks but unfortunately we didn't get there. My wife has mobility issues and she fell over twice in the front garden on the way to the car and I struggled to get her up so we decided not to risk it.
I just love watching your vlogs . It was fun looking at the boats.
Glad you enjoyed it 😃🏴☠️
I have a mitt from a company called Norwex. It is for cleaning your car. You just use water with it and it is amazing. No soap needed. It even looks like you have used wax when you are finished. It has special silver fibres in it . I also have window cleaning cloths from them. You only use water. They are amazing.
The Rum Wench is a special boat. So well done, you've done good and the Wench likes you too.
Thank you 😃🏴☠️🤣
Watching from NYC!
Thanks so much 😃❤️🏴☠️
Down under here in the West
Friday’s are just the best
