Don't do what I did for 27 years and sleep less than 8 or 7 hours. I always despised the idea of going to sleep because I "waste" my free-time that way. Its result is, that I was always more agitated, melancholic and tired. In short I was slowly spiraling into depression, because that was my daily moodset. I know some people say "But I know someone who is functional and sleeps 3 / 4 / 5 hours a day! Maybe I'm one of them." That's mostly not the case, tho. Since I set up a regular 7 or 8 hour sleep schedule, I'm more active and positive for what is to come on the next day. Even when I'm at work or bored.
@@Dumbeltication honestly, that was the first time in forever that o stayed up later than usual. I used to be so hype for all nighters and I'd do them really often but I have noticed that I'm irritable when I dknt sleep so thankfully lesson learned. It does suck that the days don't seem to give us enough time but that just means we have to up our time management. Thank you for reminding me. Hopefully someone else reads this and realizes their mistake.
@@stupedbeats I dont know if its a tip but I`ve always been a daydreamer dreaming of traveling across a land in a fantasy world or something. I have built my own little world and this helps me going to sleep. So i put on some music and start dreaming of something that distracts me. It helps especially because my final exams are coming up and i have the head full of stuff that bothers me. Give it maybe a try. maybe it helps mybe not but i hope you can sleep well again :)
