I'm only 22 which really isn't older than Marc at all.
Once I finally got an apartment 3 months ago and found I can pay everything off just fine I came to realization that If I'm content with the life I have now that I'm actually all set and could live in this apartment until I die. But there's still that part of me that wonders what it's like outside of Michigan, I've never left the state and have barely went anywhere around it. And obviously it is indeed never too late to leave at any moment, even if it is in my later years. But I know the longer I stay here the more I'll feel like I'm missing out on what I could be doing with others.
taking a vacation whenever you are financially comfortable to do so could be a great way to help assure yourself of that. like going out and exploring different areas of the US and world if you want to go that far. it can definitely put things into perspective and help you fully realize exactly what it is you want with your life. at least me, seeing different parts of the US made me realize i eventually want to live and experience another city and state and join that new community eventually. but again, patience. don’t feel the need to rush anything and things will be fine. :)
