Last time when I listened to this Qawwali, my beloved Moulvi Saheb was with us in this temporary world, tonight he is light years away, I could think of a beautiful rendition of Naseem Begum, Nigahein ho gaein purnum, Kahan ho tum. Giants like Moulvi Saheb are not born every day. Every couplet of this Qawwali is mesmerizing, tonight I am fixated on "Yeh Keh Kar Us Bute Kaafir Ne Pher leen Nazren mujh se, Mohabbat Karne Wala Rahem ke Qaabil Naheen Hota", How true!!!! You love you lost, but that is a win. Moulvi Saheb you may be light years away from us, but that may be true for the physical world, there is an alternate world that exists in our hearts, that is where YOU will always be with us.
The soul travels with 1000 times more than the light of the speed God knows better I think he is some where, which cannot be thought and where every thing is love

He was (perhaps) in the lineage of Ghulam Farid, Nusrat, Pathaney Khan, Aziz Mian and Maqbool Sabri; Pakistan is Dead without them, I am weaping tonight because I miss them. My eyes have never been dry when I watch this, after 6.50 we get into a world which is eternal, in the world of us, we the mortal souls. Muslims think Quran is great, they should pay attention after 6.50, they challenge all our core believes, and they WIN.
Last of the giants. Always on top. I wish I can listen to them in person.There are 2 chains around my neck, my freedom & my fate (destiny). Those who love do not deserve sympathy. We are ready to be slaughtered. Khusro will rule as long as we understand him, from way beyond. Nothing sounds better after midnight. They have blended three great languages of our times: Farsi, Punjabi & Urdu so seamlessly that it is hardly noticeable (a sign of genius). This is the last traditional group left, nothing polished, no makeups, no special effects, just old Khusro, them, and I. I will be glad to depart with them, in the meantime I will be playing them over & over again. Look @ 10.50 a salam (salute) to Khusro the charming one.

@@yusufwazirzada7462 Saheb, the 2 chains around our neck, one is Jabr (what man can do himself, free will), Qadr (destiny, what man is forced to do, because it is written by (you know who?), it is our fate and we cannot escape it. This was, and it is an old philosophical debate among the philosophers and mystics. Are we responsible for our acts? Or we are helpless, our actions are already decided, that means we cannot be held responsible for our acts, because all we are doing is the will of god. That is why Molvi Saheb said, Majboor bhi nain, Mukhtar bhi nain. Ki dassan inna lokan nun (that means how can I explain my love to these people). This love which keep us chained and let us act at the same time. You see when you Love then it is your wish, your will, but then you become a helpless slave, then it is not your wish, it is not your will, someone else commands you. Then Molvi Saheb says I have been killed by someone who does not carry a sword, yet that killer(???) is always successful in killing-----Dear it is all about the love with the one whom we all belong, THAT ONE is us, and we are THAT ONE. Once a Sufi understands this then life and death become meaningless because death is just a merger into an eternal life. I have been listening to Molvi Haider Hassan Saheb when he was very young, and now He has become ONE with his LOVE (He is gone away from us). You must listen to their Qawwali, "Tha bhi mein, ub hoon bhi mein", in that the duet between Molvi Akhtar Saheb and Molvi Zahid Hassan Saheb is a classic, even Nusrat, Ghulam Fareed, and Aziz Mian could not do anything like that rendition. These are real Sufi/Mystics/Poets Qawwals they did not worship dollars. They are in the league of Reshman and Pathaney Khan, rest are just good singers. Q.

I agree, moulvi sb...may Allah bless him....was outstanding, and especially when it comes to punjabi kalam. I also listen to Munshi Riazuddin, and now his sons Fareed Ayaz and Abu Muhammad. fyi I do understand farsi and so like the farsi kalam a lot.

Returning tonight again, I miss you Haider Hassan Saheb, I remember you from one of your earlier performance, you and Zameer Saheb were singing from the back; then you rose, you conquered, and you presented this, I wish I can meet you in the next world.
Oh, God 😭😭😭 I wish I was there while they were performing such a soul touching qawali.
I have listened to this more than hundred times and again I'm willing to listen it more and more.
Just the tears, nothing else is left. I am listening to THEM, mesmerized but TONIGHT I am understanding ONE more aspect of this GEM, it is all about the LOVE from a Sufi's perspective. You love, in return you do not expect anything, you are READY to be slaughtered; did it not happen to Socrates, Jesus, Husain, Mansour & Sarmad; well you know what I mean. This one recitation takes me to a different dimension leaving behind others. I am not sure if it will happen this way but I would like to be listening to them when my life will be leaving my body, its temporay occupance.

Dear Sialvi, thank you for posting the Farsi version. Anyone who knows Urdu can understand Farsi (old timers like me_ I would rather not say a word about today's children). Now I will enjoy my most favorite qawwals even more (poor recording distorts the words). This is fantastic seeing Urdu, Farsi, and Punjabi (in the order of appearance in this recitation).

Like every mortal being, this great artist, one of my most favorite Sufi singers, departs on his final journey, never to come back 😭 😭. انا للہ و انا الیہ راجعون but his melodious voice will always remain with us. May Allah have mercy on Maulvi sahib's soul, forgive his sins, and bestow patience on his friends, fans and family. Ameen

Returning again (July 3, 2020) and why not? Is there anyone today reciting Khusro & his theme in 3 different but beautiful languages like this, I feel immensely rich because these are my languages. Here we are in a different dimension than something we see today. Love Haider Hasan Saheb, and I wish Zameer Hasan Saheb is still with us before I close my eyes for the last time.

The mothers in Pakistan are not giving birth to Lions anymore, there are many.......
