He doesn't let go of the gas when shifting as well.

Watching him finally learn how to use racing lines and brake points properly actually made me yell in excitement. As a racer, I'm really happy Mr Cow's getting into it.
still got to learn not to floor it when turning in a rwd, but most definitely improving
also when saving(drifting) the car u have to countersteer with a little throttle, otherwise the countersteer would overdo it.

This is like watching a replay of my first few games on Assetto Corsa.
Does he even know he can get his hands off the wheel to turn it even more instead of turning his hands into a fucking Jigsaw puzzle.
He tunnels vision in the turns so much his hands have glue on them.
Most the cars he drives he does not need to take his hands off. Usually he's just going too fast and turning too much

One thing that kinda pisses me off is when he keeps accelerating while shifting, so the engine goes to max rev every time he shifts up.
A good way to lose traction, but yes It’s easy to tell he has never driven from the way he’s holding and turning the steering wheel.
It’s often used in drag racing. Also know as “power shifting” however in this situation (circuit racing) it is not very helpful as it will cause loss of traction if u do this while cornering

Your lines are getting better. But use every bit of space you have.
And what youre misunderstanding is how you gain time. Its about Breaking and slowing efficiently so that you can accelerate through the turn as early as possible. Not taking the turn at as fast of a speed as you can unless its a slight turn and you can hold it. You rarely want to be losing traction unless at the very end of the turn. If your tyres are screeching mid turn you likely didnt brake hard enough and are losing time without traction and being able to fully accelerate.

exactly, he keeps entering the corner at too fast of a speed which causes him too understeer off the track. if he just entered the corner slower and started accelerating once he passed the apex and not before, he'd be a much better driver already

he also needs to calibrate the brake. the brake on that rig is really stiff and can't be pushed in all the way without flipping out of your chair so you gotta change the deadzone.

He’s not bad he just needs help. First off hands at 9 and 3, and you take you hands off the and put them back on wheel so you can use the 900 degrees. Get a person on discord that knows how to drive to tell what your doing wrong and what to do to get better .And lastly don’t stream your progression bc chat is fucking hating on you even though you don’t know what your doing.
