the size of the hangar wasn't the problem. they literally tried to completely cut off entry to the warehouse when it was completely empty during charli xcx made no damn sense
@@modapitOf course, imo they did a great job keeping traffic smooth all over the pier, they didn't set up food, drink, merch stands, porta potties, etc. in front of the warehouse stage since it's a narrow way, but the absence of said features/services resulted in fans losing interest in that specific area where the warehouse hangar could literally hold 5 times the number of fans from the ship & crane tents. You can argue that bigger Dj's performed at the ship & crane which attracted more fans compared to the relatively less popular acts that performed at the warehouse. Lineup was clean, not mainstream like other fests in other states., I also appreciate that they did their best to host the fest in a historic area of SF not in the middle of nowhere like what some promoters do.
