I have serious insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, and depression plus suicidal tendencies. This helps alot. I started out with asmr as a joke but now I'm serious about it. It helps so so much with the panic attacks and when I can't sleep due to bad nightmares. So thank you, this truly means the world to me when people are doing their best to help. I've recently been sick with one of the side affects being nausea which has made going to sleep much harder at this time of year for me since I'm quite busy I started listening to music that helped for the first few night before I got back to being restless after a while I came across one of your videos that put me to sleep after about 12 minutes I'd like to thank you for that :)

I have only one complaint - the part at 18:55 with the comb and furry mike was WAYYY too short. That is such an awesome trigger. Please make a whole video of just that, like some of the other mike brushing you do. Please? Thank you. Awesome channel.

The fur cover on the mic brushing asmr reminds of me and my friends used to hang out on the bed, throwing pillows, trap each other in a blanket, watching a movie while relaxing and playing pillow fights hh. I miss my friends 🙂
