    Michael Phelps became what he is because of the habits that Bowman instilled in him... and that's the role of a great coach.

    In India if you try to concetrate on a sport, you either don't get a chance, or your parents cane you, or *you drown* . Exception for 1 in a million Indians. It matches because 1.26 billion people in India and there are only 126 athletes going to Olympics

  • @CarlosMihai18

    man i don’t understand he firstly said that “we were averaging 10 workouts a week and we had doubles three times a week” and afterwards he goes “we’d go from 5:00-7:00, 9:00-11:00 and 15:00-17:00 all in the pool with a weight session, so we’re having four workouts a day” so did he train 10 times per week or 4 times per day? he contradicts himself and it looks like he’s talking about two different times but i’m not sure, please helppp

    • @waynehopkins2855
      @waynehopkins2855 3 роки тому +5

      Go back and watch it again. The 4 times a day section was about a specific training camp they did each year. Not the typical training weeks. Either way there is no surprise at all why he has set a record that will never be challenged. Absolute work ethic beast.
