I've been having issues standing in fire and appreciate your teal/red 'plus' to show the character hitbox center. Is that something your willing to share?😅
It's a custom icon for Power Word: Shield. I had a hard time seeing the CD on the default icon because it's grey, this one has a better contrast to the desaturated effect I use for showing when something is on CD.
