Hi Royal! I was top 20 Xin Zhao last season in NA server. Since your student is in emerald focusing on macro and some item recommendation was definitely great! A couple things that I can say is with xin Zhao you absolutely need to get ahead early and snowball as much as possible because you fall off a bit late game. I typically like to pressure one lane that’s winning and ensure I focus on counter jungle. For itemization, I’ve tried everything on Xin including AP Xin 😂. The best build is to go for damage for first three items. And since she is in emerald she can pretty much run the same build every game and she should be fine: trinity force, then ghost blade, then mortal reminder, then the last two should be either twin guard/sundered sky/steraks and GA. For boots, I usually always go gluttonous boots unless they have a lot of ad or ap then it’s steel cap or Merc treads, respectively. Runes, I always keep it the same as well: phase rush/conqueror, precision tree (brutal/giant slayer/alacrity), overgrowth/perseverance. If they have a lot of melee champs, I go conqueror but if they have ranged, phase rush is better to chase them down. Unless they have a lot of cc I go overgrowth and not perseverance. Also, typically I prefer stone plate or qss over stasis. Xin doesn’t have a dash so with no team follow up stasis just delays ur death. One last thing, a lot of times for team fights I would even pop my ult before dashing into enemy because you take no damage for 5 seconds. I would ult then focus on one squishy enemy to dash into and secure a kill then pop my stone plate and hope the team follows up.
Another thing I’d mention is not only playing your role but playing how the champion is meant to be played. The Items they were going for other than trinity of course don’t compliment their approach in fights or Xins place in a teamfight this match, Serpents sure but sundered sky was a terrible second item for that match.
"I use my pointy finger to move the camera". I've never seen a guide on where to put your fingers to play, since you've been n°1, would love to see a guide of this, would need a camera to film your fingers though.
Is there an accurate list of champs and matchups? Unlike pc league, its hard to figure out matchups for diff champs and know when you can be extra aggro and win early or not, without putting in 100s of games on that champ
Wildrift is different, mostly because it's less punishable for bad play (which also negates the "counter" power) and also less rewarding for good play. It's more down to being mechanically efficient with a champion, and building items correctly. Start with boots that counter your lane opponent, first and second item for potentially 1 vs 2 lane/jungle enemy.. LoL map is bigger and minions are far more important so being countered can potentially end the game for you at level 3. But on WildRift it rarely plays out this way and any counter is pretty much negated by the short distance to lanes and team fights.. take teemo vs Sett for example. It should be unplayable for Sett, but blue boots and one well timed recall on WildRift and you'll think Sett has no counters or Teemo is weak,. neither is true, its just the game is more compact and designed to be faster. The "counter" is much more down to champion piloting and item pathing
Royal I have an idea for you for content. There's a UA-cam were they upload competitive Wil Rift. The commentary is mostly in chinese. It would be cool if you could comment on those, maybe a complete series or just maybe a game. It would be very insightful to see what do you think about drafts, meta and macro plays. Edit: almost forgot, the name is Wild Rift Outplay - WRE VODs and Highlights
Im on emerald for 5 straight seasons😅 Just when i thought im going diamond then i will go on like 5 loss streak 😅 then back to like emerald 3 or sometimes 4.
Should mention aswell that she shouldn't take T-Hex. Support or myb adc need it more. How useless they are. And the early on Sett gank im pretty sure Sett was dead if she didn't get behind him. Sett would have no escape + if he uses W she can flash the dmg.
Thank you so much again for coaching me! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the help!
This is the type of coaching we need, actual mid elo players because that's what most of us are
Emerald - low master tier players
Can u please explain what this Elo mean, I'm new to wildrift and no matter where I search I find different meaning of this word,, @@dragonsden5956

I'm a Xin main master tier, thanks a lot for the tips❤️
This is really great content, can’t wait to lock in some sessions!
love the thumnail, looking professional to fight trolling teamate

I would say thornnail is also a bad choice for xin, ideally trinity force should be your first item
very good video, not skipping a single second
Much appreciated on this coaching session
Banger video. Can u make more guide video I love those videos. Great work man. Can’t wait for the next video!
As an emerald xin zhao one trick, this made my morning
1 thing I always do with xin Zhao is always gank he's such a powerful ganker and at initiating fights
Learning to peek the map to see what's going on would alone boost the gameplay for her to no longer be hard stuck.

No he doesn't, Jax have the weakest jg clear man, its so slow after the decades ago nerf where they removed his passive doesn't stack on monsters
It would also be useful if you talk about ítems
I did

Bro, what's up with the swallowing asmr? 😅
😭
@@RoyalWildRift Lmao, I'm sorry for pointing it out, it was distracting! 😂
Next time please talk about her items she bought
I did lol, but the primary focus shouldn’t be on items in emerald.
It's crazy how people don't look at the map and don't move their camera like how limited ur brain is
