- Let me show how to correctly hold your volume tweezers for perfect Russian Volume Fans.

This is an important skill that many trainers fail to teach their students. This should be taught from day 1 of Classic eyelash extension training (just how we do at our training academy), to then make that transition into Russian Volume a little easier. However - you MUST also have a good volume tweezer, without that and despite correct holding, will fail to pick up a perfect volume fan.
Looking for Russian volume training - we have trainers across the globe as well as online courses:

Frankie!! You are AMAZING!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for all the tips and tricks 😍
So much helpful!👍really appreciate your video.... Even though I spent lots of money but Sinful lashes studio didn't train me proper way.
I am an Italian Lashmaker and I am a lash trainer of 1:1 too, but I really hope that one day I could do your courses!!!
Makes complete sense, thank you for explaining and showing.
Frankie! This tip made all the difference for me!! I really wasn't sure if I was holding my tweezer properly or not and after changing the way I use my tweezer I'm finally making proper bases! As always amazing video!
some times its the simple things that just need pointing out!!
This is so helpful and im going to try it bc my fans are finally starting to look much much better on the glue stick but once I go to pull them off they a becoke undone! 😩 hopefully this helps me!!!
Let us know how you get on :D
OMG! this was so helpful!!! I have had this issue with my fans. THANK YOU so much!
This was so tremendously helpful!! I was so close to buying more tweezers thinking it was the tweezer that was defective. Thank you!!!
Oh my goodness! This video saves me a lot of anguish. Thank you so much🙏🏽
I just started lash training this week, & I am having difficulty moving the tweezers with my left hand for isolating the lashes😫
You will because its new to you, but the more you do it the easier it becomes
Thank you so much for replying! Your videos are very helpful. I hope I can get more supplies and practice practice😁
Me too
Yes, it will happen bc you are not used to it yet. Just be really mindful of it when you are holding tweezersnwith that left hand bc you can poke someone. Its happened to me before bc I didn't really have control of my left hand while my brain controlled the right hand you left kinda wants to do the same lol. You'll get it, just keep practicing!!!
Really struggling to find the best tweezers to use as in just a beginner??!
You could use any type of angled or bent precision tweezers for Isolation and as well for classic and even volume lashing.
Long and small works for me in isolation. U can pick up the lashes in a scooping method pulling up towards your chest. And you can make volume fans as well with them. On a tray or in hand. I'd buy some cheaper sets like 6 and see what you feel comfortable with. Once you found something you'll end up buying several like that.
I have never really used my fee straight tweezers. But it all depends on what you feel works and feels good in your hand. Maybe see if there are any shows in town where you can physically see n feel them.
Don’t know if you’ll still see this-but the absolute best advice I could give you after 3 years ago wasting a Lot of money, do yourself a Huge Favor. Search Lash Affair, they explain All their tweezers, and their uses. They are All hand tested., seriously the one area you should Spend is Tweezers, these are a Game Changer. Wasting Money in Several you’ll end up never using once you try quality --you’ll spend More👍😁
thank you very for your videos. They all are useful :)
thank you for ur videos very helpful xx
Serious attention to detail, thanks Frankie! Can always count on you :D
Thank you - such an important video :)
Hi Frankie, my fingers are relatively small and I’m comfortable working with very precise tip. I find firm grip tweezers is hard to work for long hours. which volume tweezers you would recommend me please? Thanks a mil
Hi Thoung, so for hands like yours I would absolutely suggest the Dumont tweezer be the one for you. It is soft, delicate and light so does not cause hand fatigue: eyelashexcellence.com/product/dumont-tweezers/
This is brilliant thank you I noticed I just kept loosing lashes and they would twist I’m definitely going to go over this xxx
Hope it worked :)
Thank you very much, it is very helpful 😚😀👍
I'm really curious about how the tweezers must close.... don't know if i'm closing correctly or if the tweezer is low quality
Sadly its probably poor quality tweezers, take a look at mine on my webpage which are all hand tested by me www.eyelashexcellence.com
Thank you for your video very help full
Very good 😊

Very helpful ❤️

I hold them like my hand is a ducks beak
This video is going to save me!!!! Thanks!
What tweezer is this in the video?
these are actually a pair I do not use myself and just had for the video - but I use my hand tested by me Dumonts from my shop www.eyelashexcellence.com
Frankie Widdows Eyelash Excellence Frankie. I was on your webpage looking for the dumont for volume lashes but you only have "failed" ones. Are you just out of stock or Do you not sell the dumonts for volume
That's very informative video thank you for sharing it helps us to improve our quality of tweezers that we are producing in our factory :)
