It is a correct choice. When I brought kids to doctor, I don't want to choose a some doctors, because I knew they might not qualified (they got doctor degree may just because they are DEI program). We are equal, so the standard should not be lower by races.

You can ask the same of a degree in German Studies, French Studies, Asian studies (which are all departments) . I have a masters in Africana Studies. Possible job for a master's in Africana Studies include:
Counselor
Elementary, secondary or post-secondary educator
Program Coordinator
Educational Programs Director
Journalist
Lawyer
Case Manager
Policy Analyst
Project Manager
I would get rid of all these departments. The positions you mentioned seem like nonsense.
But if you want to attend a private college/university with these departments and are paying your money, not taxpayer dollars, well, that is your business.
To succeed like the current first lady a lot of work needs to be accomplished on her knees.
@@anthonyvalenti9093 I have my undergrad in Adolescence Education. So I went into education with my masters in Africana Studies and I'm putting it to good use (teaching courses in African History and African American History). So the Jobs that I mentioned are not nonsense. Others in the field along with myself made good use of our degrees.
