They give 2 chances. I spent over 15000 for this trip and in the end I backed out. I will go again this year. I have done adventure sports before but I was so scared. It is very scary but my 2 friends enjoyed. Guys were friendly and were motivating me when i refuse to jump in first chance. They made me sit on chair and on second chance I backed out again :( and that white women trainer was rude :v

Hi there, they charge about 8500 NPR which is about 5000 INR, this includes travel cost (to the site and drop off from Kathmandu, it is located about 4-5 hours driving distance from Kathmandu), and one meal. It's fairly cheap for Indian people here, but sadly not many Indians visit Nepal. I travel a lot and I see very few Indian people traveling here however there are few people that I have talked to were frequent visitors to Nepal (mostly south Indians) who go trekking to the mountains and visit other places. i stayed at my Inlaws house in Haridwar.... for yoga at Parmarth it is Rs 100 per day- morning time.... Haridwar patanjali is free.... shanti kunj is shivir basis... you need to book through their website, they run 9 day or 30 day yoga programs....while you can go to Parmarth ashram or Patanjali and do yoga even for a day...
