Visiting Lucky Cats Temple (Gotokuji) and Totoro Cream Puffs Store in Tokyo!

Hey guys! I went to one of the famous temples and one of the cutest shops in Tokyo so wanted to show them to you guys! :) The name of the temple is Gotokuji (豪徳寺) and it is said to be the birthplace of lucky cats. There are more than 1000 lucky cats displayed at this temple and that's something that you don't see a lot! It is located 10 mins away from Gotokuji station in Tokyo so you do not need to worry about the access to get there :) For totoro cream puffs, the name of the shop is Shirohige Cream Puff Factory. There are few flavors and everything is delicious!!!!! (and so cute!) It is owned by Hayao Miyazaki's sister in law so there are his drawing and autograph displayed inside of the shop! If you are a fan of a studio ghibli, I highly recommend this place to visit! :)

The cafe looked lovely. I wanted to visit Gotokuji on my last trip to Japan, but I ran out of time. Hopefully I can next time, when it's ok to visit Japan again.

Right now they’ve been doing some constructions for months since there are not so many tourists, I think.. 😅 so hopefully when you come here next time, it’s gonna be ready and you can see the temple with tons of cats!! 😌✨
