That OSC and FILTER FEEDBACK SATURATION, tho! Totally dig that creamy scream, especially with the fourths in the end. Awesome, a big thanks for doing all this work for us here.
Hello, great video as usual, thank you. Just one tip for mod pitch problem around 10:40. You can put a dead patch cable into the pitch of the 3rd VCO and this will stop the modulation chain. And the word "synthporation" oh wow :D it made my day.
Thanks! Yea..dead patch great idea...but...maybe it's just my matriarch...if i use a dead patch and modulate the pitch of the osc preceding it it still modulates the ones after the dead patch. i thought i'd be safe rather than sorry for this one. also...what do you think? synthporation or synthparation? i think i spelled my own invented word wrong
@@RobeMusicthat's interesting, it works for mine. But sometimes there are other things that go wrong, so :D about synthporation, I don't know.. but Synthspiration has taken by some musician :) Anyway your patch sounds really nice in low keys!!
@@RobeMusic His technique was pretty simple, and probably closer to what Daft Punk did. Just run the signal through an external overdrive to get that grit and midrange hump. I did a similar thing using a Grandmother and got pretty close as well, only touchy part is setting the envelope just right - ua-cam.com/video/4-SpUFCKNFw/v-deo.html
I know this might be asking for alot but os there any chance you could go through each in and out and give a example of what you use it for and maybe some not so simple ways you use it.. id even buy it if need be or hire ya for a private session
That’s certainly something to think about. The issue is…each in/out can be used for countless different things…it would be a LONG series…but something I’ll consider. I do do private lessons. But at the moment my schedule is full. If that’s something you’re interested in send me an email and we can try to figure something out. (Contact info is on my website Robemusic.com) I’ll be away until June 30th.

@@RobeMusic This discrepancy between two Matriarchs' behavior may be due to a global setting, perhaps something in Group 4?
Thank you very much!!
