It's not Andrew's money. Why give politicians credit when it's individuals and businesses that are investing. The civil infrastructure is being funded by taxpayers. Jamaican politicians do the bare minimum, if anything at all, and get praised. Smh.
@@RR-ll2nsyou sound so bitter and dumb since as it has nothin to do with Andrew why wasn’t it taking place under pnp bcuz business ppl don’t invest in unstable environment the pnp wipe out 40 thousand businesses and over four hundred thousand ppl lost their jobs in 1993 somewhere there go and learn how businesses ppl invest their money
@@RR-ll2nsnonsense, it is economic policies that are investor friendly why people risk their money and invest! If the chances are greater losing money not many people will take the risk! Too many Jamaicans are too politically biased to give credit where it is due. This administration has reform/ replace and introduced many incentives to drive economic growth. We are see the results of these policies, live with it simple Simon!
Many more to come for downtown Kingston, plus light and heavy rail transit, hotels condominiums, malls and shopping districts plus many many more, Jamaica is on part to becoming what it should have been, like Singapore years ago, but Rome wasn't built in a day.... Jamaica ❤
Nonsense. These units are for professionals, middle class and returning residents. Rich Jamaicans don't live downtown as they live in the hills..Rich people don't live where are a lot of poor and ghettos are located
