I don't know that video games, fingerboards and tutorial channels run like a cult by cultists are representative of skateboarding as a whole. The overwhelming majority of skate media has adult content, whether it's lyrics, graphic injury, foul language, drug and alcohol use, destruction of property, trespassing, Karens beaking off... This is what it is. This is where it started. Maybe figure out a way to address elements of the hobby that you find objectionable with your kids instead of censoring what they watch because you don't like the background music. They're going to get exposed to it at some point, wouldn't you rather be the one to explain it to them?
