I have always wanted to model my own miniature willow tree and needed a tree to top my Hobbit House Bird Feeder, so thought it was the perfect opportunity to give the glycerine method a try. I was so happy with the result…Please do let me know what you think. 😊

Materials:
Model tree base or 3D-printed tree trunk
Acrylic Paints
Asparagus Fern
Glycerine & Water
Matt Varnish
Super Glue & Activator
I used Blender - for modelling the Tree Trunk and printed it out in resin, however, this could be modelled in wire or a model tree trunk.

I was surprised how well it worked...and it's still intact on the bird feeder even with the weather, a month on! I will definitely use this method again 👍 I need to investigate more plants 🤣 many thanks Lee 😄
