    Great guide and review! I installed a set of OEM mounts not too long ago when I refreshed my bushings and suspension, but I'll be sure to grab a set of these on the next go around.

    Installed a set of these recently in my e46 M3 when doing my rod bearings. Did not notice added NVH at idle or under load. Would recommend them. Thanks for the E46 content!

    Great video, thanks! So good to actually see a drive afterwards. So may videos on UA-cam with E46 M3 repairs or upgrades and no one ever drive the car afterwards to show the change and comment on the difference.

      Thanks tried my best to demonstrate the difference, it’s been couple of months and at 2k miles with these mounts still very happy with them no noticeable nvh differences, precise shifting and tight composure under load specially on track are still there 👌

    Great video, and it actually helped me to decide which mounts. I was between these and Bimmerworld which are similar and get good reviews, but these maybe better (for street car)

      Thank you 🙏 so far so good 😊 had these on for 7 months now can’t complain very happy with them same as the day I initially reviewed them 👍

    Nice review. I just installed another new set of oem mounts like two months ago, they lasted me like 4 years and i started noticing them
    Becoming soft. Curious on why you didn’t try the power flex or turner poly mounts?

      I've just replaced mine last year when i manual swapped it. Surprised it only lasts 4 years lol

      @MotorsportInspired  Рік тому

      Thanks 🙏, Yea 4 years is about max you'll get out of OE mounts my last set lasted about the same and 70k. I was hesitant at first about these because all the other options for motor mounts from power flex(complete garbage) and turner mounts add significant amount of NVH ti the chassis of this car, since I still driver on the street those were out of the question, So I took a gamble with these since I couldn’t find any other feedback reviews on these 034 motorsport mounts and now Im glad I did 👌👍 what attracted me to these was the oe type rubber design with small improvements over the oe mount which provided significant improvements without downgrading ride quality. Most noticeable on the track while braking from high speed straightaway downshifting into a corner, even when I had new Oe mounts the downshifting was never as precise and direct and smooth as with these 034 motorsport high density mounts. Overall its a WIN in my book 😊👍 hope this helps.

    Cockpit sounds great my man. How do you like the Rogue trans mounts? Any NHV added when you installed those?

    • @MotorsportInspired
      @MotorsportInspired  Рік тому +1

      This combination is superb 👌 I truly don’t notice additional nvh from this setup, loving it 👍 already 4 months running this, with that being said I don’t not have one rubber bushing on my car left all monoballs front fcab and rear rtab rsm ect which didn’t add much nvh if any in first place definitely outweigh benefits they provide but just to be fully transparent in my statement, if you have stock bushings in all the other places your sensation might be different or not but just want to be fully transparent.

      Thank you for the kind words 🙏 😊 honestly I’ve been wanting to attend this event for couple years now, but every Year so it happen to fall on day that I had other things going on so it never worked out, hopefully 🤞 this year will be different as it’s not very far from me only about 1.5hour drive, if I do come looking forward meeting you as well 🙂

    Hi, just watched your video, still satisfied with the motor mounts…. ?? I am about to do the experiment…any additional NVH from the first day you installed them??? Or became more soft…..

      Hi, have the installed 7 months already and since day I did this video no changes no additional nvh butterfly smooth 👌, very happy with them 🙂

      @@MotorsportInspired thanks for the reply…what about the transmission mounts from 034 Motorsport??? I can not understand if they are stiffer from the standard E46 series or from the M3 also….

    how many miles do you have on the catcams? how are they holding up?

    • @MotorsportInspired
      @MotorsportInspired  Рік тому

      Holding up pretty good thus far I be put almost 20k since the unfortunate events I had prior I’m sure you know if you follow the Channel, which majority off those miles are high stress track miles, definitely 👍 holding up good 👌🤞 knock on wood 😊

    Did you torque the driver side and then do the passenger side?

    • @MotorsportInspired
      @MotorsportInspired  Рік тому

      Yes exactly, no need to wait until the other side is installed no negative effects.

      @@MotorsportInspired Thanks! I don't know what was the issue, but in my case, I could not tilt the engine enough. I had to undo the bracket from the engine block. a few more steps, but still easy enough. Man are they good. I had VT mounts and these felt butter smooth in comparison, and still had a positive shifting action.
