    Wow! Major headache!!!
    I prefer to do the counting silently, mentally. This is too robotic. Each person needs to adjust the speed to what’s right for them in the moment. Human bodies differ.
    I’ve been doing the 4-7-8 breath meditation daily since Andrew Weil taught it many years ago. He has a video on how to make it maximally effective. For example, don’t do this for more than 8 breath cycles without a break. He explains why. This video is too long.
