So after having the V8 for months, I discovered it’s a great little blower. I used it under the hood to blow out a few leaves and dead bugs. Great to keep on top of cleaning. I just wish it came with a better storage unit.
In general for battery operated items one of the numbers I think the makers should publish is the "standby" time on the battery. I mean I could use it today and put back on the charger and once fully charged take it over the charger and not use it again for 1 or 2 weeks so what will the battery be at that point. I get I could just leave it sit connected to the charger while not in use but I believe that degrades the overall battery life.
That is a great idea of some kind of standard on long term battery drain. I think these would hold charge pretty good since they don’t do anything in a stand by mode such as as being controlled via a Wi-Fi app or Bluetooth. Simple on/off switch should only pull battery if running, but you never know. I’ll think about this next time I try out something battery powered with a digital read out.
Amazing review, if it wasnt for this video i wouldn't even know there was a v10! I was looking for reviews on the v9 or v8, but the v10 seems like a better fit for me, thanks for this video answered every question we couldve asked😎
Perfect for a clean car guy. 2 times a week in interior of my car and it stays clean. I would recommend the V8 model for any auto enthusiasts who takes care of their vehicles. Good review sir. Thanks from NC
Agreed, it’s great for though ups. I for sure wouldn’t be using this for a full detail on a dirty car. Which some seem to think it should work for when it’s only the size of a flashlight. 🤣
I picked up a v8 several weeks ago. Love it for what it does. Great for all the vents and crevices and quick cleanups. The boss is finding more uses for it in the house too. Solid product.
Bought the v8 apex but have not used it yet. Not sure why they did not modify the hose end to handle multiple attachments. Same could be said with the blower attachments. They should of made both ends universal in terms of handling attachments. Excited to use it nonetheless since it appears to outclass similar products, thinking Shark, with suction power, blower and attachments. Collection bin size is another downfall but its designed for small use. If you are frequently getting a lot of a sand in your car and cleaning less frequently it could be a pain with a lot of dumping and cleaning. Don't see that as an issue for our use though. Thanks for the honest review!
I have a similar vacuum to the f8. I use it with every matince wash. While the foam is dwelling I quickly vacuum the inteior. The vacuum has enought power to clean up my leather seats and my carpets are covered with tux mats so it is easy for the small vacuum to clean up the entire car quickly. It even takes care of all the crumbs lever over from my kid. I clean out the filter after each use. I get about 3-4 uses before I need to charge it again. This wont replace a shop vac if you car is very dirty or you have sand in the carpets but if you have leather seats and rubber mats on your floor this can easly keep your car clean.
bought and used the v8 and nope not impressed at all. it took way too long to try to get up just like dirty sooo many passes with the turbo mode. stay away from v8. nothing quick about any clean up with v8
You must have way too much dirt. It’s perfect for a person who never lets dirt build up anywhere. My car footboard stays clean using 2 times a week for 2 min.
Both are piece a junk. Absolutely NOT worth it. You can’t even finish vacuuming the back of your car before recharging for 2.5 again. And because on low mode won’t suck up anything. I bought one yesterday 3 days ago and I used it, and I was very disappointed. They should make it use batteries

Yeah, when you make something so small you sacrifice storage most of the time.

That will also cost the consumer $ leaving things plugged in always
I enjoyed the video more than I thought I would. Thanks for taking the time to put it together
Appreciate that!
both vacuums have their place, especially for quick cleanups. but for thorough cleaning, ill stick with a corded wet/dry vac.
Totally agree

Granny here, excellent review! Gave me what I needed and helped me decide for a long road trip. Thank you.
You’re Welcome

I find myself using it more in the house when cleaning up crumbs. It’s great for that quick cleanup of car seats, etc.

Appreciate the feedback and agree and everything you said. Sand is not its specialty that’s for sure.

This is the perfect use for the little machines. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks. This was just what i needed to know.
You’re welcome
I have a different branded stick vacuum that works ok however I may pick this brand up
It’s been working great, but I can’t speak on any others since I have not tried them to know which is the best one.
Excellent review!
Thank You
Identical to the black and Decker. We all know how to use it. The model is 10 yrs old 😂
Had no idea Black and Decker even had one. I’m not exactly versed in all the models for handheld vacuums. Thanks for the info.
The v8 looks cool 👍
I love the look too
It will take you about 2 weeks to clean your car with this gadget.
Probably if you were detailing it for sure. This is more for quick cleanups when traveling, etc.
Hell ya brother!
Do it for Dale!

Sorry to hear that.

Sucks you had that experience. I have them and had no batteries usage issue so far. Maybe it was a bad unit or did you buy both of them?
FAIL
Awesome review!
Thank you 🙏
