jessica4002 It’s more expensive than a lot of other Islands, though. St Maarten is an excellent place to go. Just went there recently n loved it. You can take day trips to St Bart’s n Anguilla 🇦🇮
I liked the RIU PALACE ANTILLAS a bit better than this, the main Riu only because the amount of walking in the “main” Riu can be A LOT! BTW, for others reading this, if you don’t know, you have to be at least 18 to stay at the Riu ANTILLAS which is just next to this main Riu and it’s attached. The pools are a bit nicer in the main Riu, but otherwise they’re both excellent. BTW, the buffet is significantly larger with a greater selection in the RIU ANTILLAS but you can eat at either buffet (RIU or RIU ANTILLAS.)....I had a full front ocean view room which I recommend..it’s much larger than the standard rooms and has a separate living room and two full but separate balconies. Regardless, I give it 9.5/10 and would DEFINITELY return to the RIU PALACE ANTILLAS (The 18+ Riu). Thanks for taking these videos!
Why didn’t you show your room? I believe that’s the most important part of the video because it gives people the ideal of what you’re getting. The pools and beaches look the same everywhere you go just about.
Thank you for this video. I went online to see this, but your video shows more. I'm really leaning toward staying here. I'm sure the rooms were just as lovely as the resort itself. Does the resort provide transportation to and from the airport? How was the buffet food? How'd you get around the island to go to the shops and other stores?
Hi. Thank you:) Yes there was transportation and the buffet was good but I do suggest the restaurants as you can go as many times as you'd like. As for getting around the island we did an ATV Tour, which I have a video for as well and to get to the main street of Aruba we took a Cab which is super affordable or there are buses you can take. This hotel is also super close to shops and restaurants that will only take about 10 mins to walk.

They were good. Lots of selection but I do recommend going to the restaurants as you just have to line up and you can go every night if you want.
