Mam sugar from jaggery is not good for people controlling sugar intake can i use monk fruit sweetener instead of jaggery
I have used date puree as a natural sweetener but do not have personal experience with monk fruit sweetener; however, you can try savory millet biscuits, which are an excellent option for people managing their sugar intake.
