Magnitude of current is of the order of nano-Amp before Zener break down region which is insignificant, however, on the simulation it should give the same result. You can check the version of Multisim. Here it is simulated on version 10.0.

I've used the same zener diode , until 5V I've got different values , after -5 till -8V I've got same output .
What's the issue here ?
