I was peaceful with all the characters at all times. It protected both humans and androids, and I had a happy ending with Markus, Kara and Connor, I'm proud of my decisions :D
Interesting, I've seen another video where Simon was hesitant to state he was with North so its cool to see that all of their statuses can effect the rejection scene. Don't think I've seen one where Josh was hesitant, which to some degree I find amusing considering North and Josh have completely different views on how they should approach things with Simon being the one in the middle who pretty much just wishes they had stayed as they were.
It sure is interesting to try and figure out a way if at all possible to have all three of them be resentful, lol. i mean if you go the violent route josh wouldn't like it, but north would revel in it and if you do the opposite then it'll be vice versa.

I like how no-one likes North at all. But what I find more interesting is that when Marcus came back. Connor went and chased him, when his orders were to take out North.
His task was to take out the deviant leader. Seeing Markus return can only make him assume he’s retaken leadership or can do so in the foreseeable future and must be eliminated.
Honestly the weirdest creative decision is everything North is. Having a character that demands violence is chill, but forcing that character to be a love interest even if you constantly make her angry by choosing to be peaceful. + she is by far the easiest character to dislike. It would make more sense if Simon was coming onto Markus because Simon always supports Markus no matter his decision.
You know the one thing I actually hate about this game? This part, cause the only way for you to get a negative relationship with North....is if you do what she says...(At least that's my understanding) and yet like with Hank, he likes seeing Connor become deviant because he becomes human instead of like an android so the more you give in and try to "do your mission right" the more he doesn't like you or with Alice you get a negitive relationship with her if you do things that are morally wrong because she doesn't like that. It is kinda cool how you have a chance to let Markus redeem himself but that's the only good thing I could think of for that
That's actually not true, she'll have a negative reaction to you if you don't do the things she wants you to do like all the other characters. So for example during the Freedom March she wants Markus to fight the soldiers, and if you do the more passive peaceful approach that Josh likes Markus' relationship status with her will go down.
Cheng Teoh ...that proves my point? I dont think you got what I ment. I ment how with everyone else if you do the opposite of what they want you'll get a positive reaction and outcome however with north if you do what she says it'll end up having a negative outcome and end up getting north to resent you. I hope that makes sense ^_^
It's cool that they did this but does anyone really care about North? I think she's practical and realist but its hard to like her. Edit: oh I just realized why. She's a bit judgmental. Honestly, that alone shouldn't be an issue because it's good to have firm convictions. But it's the way she goes about it.

I can’t stand her because she’s a backstabbing aggressor. As soon as she sees you as a liability, she wants to cut you loose. (For example Simon on the rooftop, after he got wounded she suggests him to be killed to hide their tracks) You can kinda change her attitude, if you stay with her while being pacifistic and diplomatic, but in the beginning it’s hard to not be annoyed by her. For me at least.

I mean, he failed basically evrything. This guy went into Jericho and stated he wanted to make a change and be free but then he proceeds to fail evrything.? Thats taking trust and faith from evryone (esp north who seems to have trust issues obvi) and throwing it out the window. So I got why she did that. North is the kind of girl who thinks being rude is attractive. And she's not open to change, she only remained by Simon's side because there was not enough time to open up other romances
I was recently playing a "Markus fails Jericho" playthrough where I literally failed every mission he is on so he would get kicked out of Jericho. The first time I did this, I succeeded one mission and ended up not getting kicked out so I had to go back and redo it. During this, I found out that North can turn hostile toward you, which I had no idea would happen. In the moment on the roof of Jericho where Markus is reflecting about Capital Park (in this case, he ran away because they failed to stop the alarm system and had to flee), you are given an option to learn about North's past or leave. You can choose "Leave" and North will ask where Markus is going, and he says something like "to talk to the humans". (he's pretty cold toward her). If you want to know about her past but she's already hostile, she will say that who she was started in Jericho, anything before that is her business and she will tell you nothing. So fascinating. Then later on, in any of the scenes that happen between them (like during the peaceful protest), she will not tell Markus she loves him, you will not have the option to kiss her during the stand off with the police in the end because her opinion of you is low. I had not idea it was possible to NOT have a relationship with North but I find it fascinating.
You are very welcome to chill out here for being someone who actually stayed around until the end. XD [ ps. I actually found that meme just yesterday and now I can't stop going boom boom ]
You know that one time you were 18 and you thought that you are grown up and that you should live free, that you have figured out everything... and then 10+ years later you realized how dumb and silly you were? Well... this revolution reminds me of that.
Yep, if you continually die with Connor it'll cause Hank to become hostile and possibly go towards committing suicide and Connor will not have the chance to become a deviant.
You don’t necessarily need to continuously die with him. You just have to make non-deviant decisions throughout the game. I wanted him to be a loyal Android the first time, who crushes the rebellion.
Ohhh so he resumes as leader. I wonder if that would happen if you don't save anyone on the ship too.. and let North live, and blow up the ship. Probably same as this video. If you don't have the ship be under attack in the first place.. and Markus is rejected from the group.. Then I suppose his story is just done right there.
Its more the Jericho reputation that makes a difference in this case really. I actually did a playthrough where that reputation was high, but North was at hostile. For one, she didn't kick Markus out, and to be honest there wasn't really any other significant differences compared to her and Markus being friends (lovers is a different story of course)
If you've successfully completed the Jericho related missions and have North's relationship status as Lover then if you do the Demonstration branch at the end you can kiss to make the army back off. Just make sure that the public opinion is sympathetic or else the soldiers can just shoot you.
the same reason Hank says the same thing when Connor is about to throw him off the roof as when it's the other way around. I think this - as everything else in this game - is careful narrative choice. For what, though, that needs to be your own interpretation :D
one of my national hero said something close to what markus said at the beginning of the video. "i rather die free than live as a slave." my national hero Samuel Sharpe or Paul bogle "i rather die free than live in slavery"
Amanda said that they needed north alive. This is because Connor can have the option to believe that North is alive, that deviants are alive and feel. So this means that basically Amanda is just a part of Connor kinda like >you shouldn’t join them but we’re still the same person
And that's why I don't like North. It's one thing to change the leader, another to tell the other to go away, probably to certain death. Markus was recognizable, so it would be difficult for him to survive alone. It's in his character to still protect his people, but after all, most of us would probably just run away. This kick from Jericho looked a bit like North was afraid Markus might regain leadership, so she preferred to remove him. And it's interesting that Josh backed it so quickly, since he was against Markus for acting aggressively, as if North were peaceful xD
You fail, you get kicked out. I dont see the issue. And Josh is a pacifist. He wouldnt' stand up against North even if he didnt agree. Simon is a coward, he just goes with the flow. Basicly aside from Markus, North is the only one there with any spine. And I played the game. It takes a LOT to get to this stage. You have to fail repeatedly as Markus. Honestly at that point, I'd be less suprised if she just shot him on the spot for deliberatly sabotaging them. Basicly - dont fuck with North. Dont fail the cause, dont be a liability. She takes it personaly. As I wuld.
Good eye, that sure is a Jerry. I think that if one doesn't catch the deviant during the Nest mission and let the Tracis go, they will also show up in that scene.
So if you dont like north, wait for this: the actor that played markus ended his marriage and started dating no other than the actress that played north right after. Thats *very* shady in my book.
Yup. It's one of those old meme's that I just found out a couple of days ago that I absolutely missed out on when it was a thing. You would not believe how many animate videos of that meme I watched that day XD
11:37 seeing how submissive she is here compared to when she kicks him out of Jericho is so satisfying, Markus put her in her place, I wish there were more scenes like this with Markus silencing her, she was so annoying...

Looks like we found the child. Don't worry mate. You'll remember this comment and cringe.
and Damn Markus at 11:36
I like how your popularity in Jericho basically depends on norths relationship with you, I think that’s so stupid
It's more that your way of leading Jericho affects your relationship with North
You can choose pacifist path and still be North lover. While I would decline that privilege. She's too annoying.
Who else heard Conner sound like the monsters Kara met when her memory was lost and she opened the door for them
Woah! If your initial stability goes low enough you can’t become a deviant! I just found out that’s possible?!
They shared the same goal but had pretty drastically different ways of going about achieving them.
I like that you can choose to go back as Markus, gives him a redemption arc and way to say "his story isnt over yet"
5 deviant vs tens fbi who wins ?
Depends on if the deviants miss the QTEs or not XD
Cheng Teoh XD
20 highly trained FBI agents VS 1 deviant boi
Mino Assal deviant win :)
A hole army of trained FBI soldiers vs 5 deviant bois
Ohhh so he resumes as leader.
I wonder if that would happen if you don't save anyone on the ship too.. and let North live, and blow up the ship. Probably same as this video.
If you don't have the ship be under attack in the first place.. and Markus is rejected from the group.. Then I suppose his story is just done right there.
Wow the music in the end😂
Man what a song choice to end that emotional scene with
Its more the Jericho reputation that makes a difference in this case really.
I actually did a playthrough where that reputation was high, but North was at hostile. For one, she didn't kick Markus out, and to be honest there wasn't really any other significant differences compared to her and Markus being friends (lovers is a different story of course)
Hi! Can you show each single choice at 6:09?
Saves her life*
*RESENTFUL*
1:30 most tragic part about this video, simon being agaisnt markus too
This path has to be confusing for the player, having to continue and stop the revolution simultaneously.
Ah yes North becoming Markus for a second there in Connor standoff
If im play it i will chose peace that if being attacked attack back
If you've successfully completed the Jericho related missions and have North's relationship status as Lover then if you do the Demonstration branch at the end you can kiss to make the army back off. Just make sure that the public opinion is sympathetic or else the soldiers can just shoot you.
Why does north say what markus says if he isn’t kicked
the same reason Hank says the same thing when Connor is about to throw him off the roof as when it's the other way around. I think this - as everything else in this game - is careful narrative choice. For what, though, that needs to be your own interpretation :D
4:49 if any of you play destiny 2, the ship in the background is exactly a ship model
4:25 I don't know why... but i love that sound
My favorite part of the video was when markus said you know damn rigth I am or something like that
one of my national hero said something close to what markus said at the beginning of the video.
"i rather die free than live as a slave."
my national hero Samuel Sharpe or Paul bogle "i rather die free than live in slavery"
6:08 what happens if you lie or press square for perkins excuse?
If you use Perkins excuse Connor will say he was sent by Perkins and the guard will believe him I suppose
Shanika Williams Oh, thx a lot dude :)
That music in the end , it make me dance 😂😂😂
That's the idea. Bringing back old memes on outro at a time XD
Wait how do you unlock that dialogue or the "I love you" part that didn't pop on my game anywhere.. 13:22
I actually like North a lot. She’s chill though. Good to have an image like her in this game.
I'm pacifist, but I still like her. So I don't see why people need to hate North.
ага
@@lunaesic cuz she isn't freaking real
She’s anything BUT chill
She ain't chill, fam. She's violent.
Amanda said that they needed north alive. This is because Connor can have the option to believe that North is alive, that deviants are alive and feel. So this means that basically Amanda is just a part of Connor kinda like >you shouldn’t join them but we’re still the same person
Idk why but the sound of a army that get hurt its kinda sad and satisfying
I wanna see what happens if you remain a machine (Connor) and save yourself. (Markus)
I'm with South
I’m with west
@@bottleofketchups8949 East gang here 😎
4:48 Why do the graphics in the wall on the left look bad
North! If you don’t like being pacifist, too bad dear..
things will go south
11:00 Hey, what the.... You bastard, what did you do to Kara?!
As I wuld.
So Markus gets kicked out of Jerico if you have a hostile relationship with North?
North just switched modes in less than a minute
6:33 this solders are blind or what?
Those planes/jets? are actually kinda scary lookin'.
10:03 North: Resentful
Simon: Friend
Best Playthrought
Why do most pistols in the game look like some sort of glock variant?
When Connors in the ground but north is standing up it looks like north beat up connor but no connor beat up north
omg this is so interesting! I did not think that you could stumble as the leader of the deviants
12:09 holy shit is that a jerry?
Good eye, that sure is a Jerry. I think that if one doesn't catch the deviant during the Nest mission and let the Tracis go, they will also show up in that scene.
So if you dont like north, wait for this: the actor that played markus ended his marriage and started dating no other than the actress that played north right after. Thats *very* shady in my book.
they also broke up LMAO
Source
believe me, Markus come back to safe Simon. not his cruel friends
Dafuk was that outro lol
Yup. It's one of those old meme's that I just found out a couple of days ago that I absolutely missed out on when it was a thing. You would not believe how many animate videos of that meme I watched that day XD
To be kicked out of Jericho, you have to either be a special type of stupid or you’re just out to be public enemy number one in any way possible.
The ending of video is that music ment for markus and north
Markus in this scenario brought this to himself.
11:37 seeing how submissive she is here compared to when she kicks him out of Jericho is so satisfying, Markus put her in her place, I wish there were more scenes like this with Markus silencing her, she was so annoying...
I've wondered while Nomad Soul was the first game of Quantic Dream, did any of them work at Westwood, because the storytelling of their games seem to be very much like the Blade Runner adventure game
Wtf is north smile when talk with markus!?
Every time there's more content in this game! 😮
I let conor remain a machine in don't save mode to try lie at the solider and he trusted me and conor continued on his way im was too surprised but i liked this moment sence
Im a goldfish
Always good to chat with a goldfish XD.
Cheng Teoh hello hooman u have good videos
Thank you talking fish, always a pleasure to talk to the a non-biped.
good for you
