How to get the Velez ship is from duel arena?
One of black bazaars I guess, just got it before arena update, costs 1k tokens
Try getting to starbase battle 7 then you can unlock bazzar 3 where you can buy the Velez for 1000 tokens and there's priest too for 2000 tokens
