- In honor of everybody's favorite geeky princess.
Edit : A lot of you mentioned, I have missed out on quite a few scenes. Though some I didn’t see fit for a sort of « dumb moments » compilation, others I may have unintentionally skipped over. I’m not sure if y’all would prefer longer videos with more scenes or not? Because as of now, I’m trying to be the least bit reasonable with compilation lengths.
I will most likely be starting compilations for other animated series so if you guys have a specific serie/character you'd like to see, let me know. Of course more She-ra compilations are on the way, but i just want to spice things up a bit :3.

Entrapta's VA deserves all of the awards. They did SUCH a good job giving the character a unique personality. Like, Raven from Teen Titans level of characterization.

That's funny, because the SheRa crew - especially Noelle - were big fans of Teen Titans when they were younger.
For example, Glimmer's final battle with her dad may as well have been footage from the season 4 finale of Teen Titans when Raven defeats HER dad. Same powers, and a very, VERY similar speech. Such a strong reference that I even found it jarring.
Entrapta herself is like a more fleshed out Starfire. With less inherent empathy, NONE of Starfire's rage, and more mad scientist. So.... enthusiastic and manic? Yes.

I love how they dont shove these things down our throats. They give us hints that entrapta is on the spectrum but its never fully said. Being subtle with stuff like this and showing its normal and human is amazing. Same with other consepts like same-sex couples. They dont make it a big deal, cuz in reality its not. Its making things more inclusive, which i love about the show

Entrapta is such a lovable little bean, but i can see why some people dont like her. They think that shes a bit on the annoying side or her voice can be grating. I personally love her character like 95% of the rest of the characters in this show, but there is some reasons she may not be as apealing to others.

spineralla has more weight put onto her than the original :) and entrapta here has autism people view these as "flaws" and theyre represented like anyone else. They didn't go out of their way to separate them and thats the best thing about this show everyone is unique and treated equally as characters.

I just love how the show is like, yeah whatever. It's kind of like how in the 80s She-Ra Adora takes off her space helmet (which was also her sword) to turn into a shield so she could surf through reentry. Just no respect for physics and I find that hilarious.

She also has a hard time following directions and acting as a part of a team. Behaviors like that are the definition of chaotic alignments

Otherwise, I have to disagree with you. Logic IS indicative of a lawful alignment. It is people following any set of laws or rules. In Entrapta's case, she follows the Laws of Science because they make rational sense to her. Being lawful doesn't just mean Entrapta can follow the logical reasoning when its layed out. Being lawful means she WANTS to adhere to that rational mentality because its order just clicks with her. We know Entrapta lives by the facts because she is consistently reminding people that "data never lies". She her decison making process runs on conditional reasoning. Examples being:
IF my friends didn't come back for me THEN they must not be friends.
IF I need a six-sided hexdriver and Hordak has one THEN I go to Hordak.
IF I prove my worth with my skills THEN people will like me.
While its true that Entrapta sometimes ignores commands given to her. She disobeys these commands because she sees a REASON to disobey them (not because she is contrary or feels something else). There is a reason which supercedes the command given to her. Again as an example, Entrapta needs a six-sided hexdriver to complete a project for the Horde. Entrapta wages that Hordak, a fellow engineer, has a six-sided hexdriver in his sanctum. Entrapta also openly acknowledges that Catra forbade her from entering Hordak's sanctum. Given these conflicting directives, she weighs & compares them, to see which is command is more important. Either, cease work on a project because she doesn't have the right tool which results in stagnation. Or, retrieve said tool for a project that will result in new weaponry the Horde. Given that her goal is to complete her project, Entrapta ultimately reasons that the project's completion trumps Catra's command to avoid Hordak's sanctum.
It is because of Entrapta's tendency toward logical thought & conditional reasoning that I conclude Entrapta is on the lawful side of the alignment spectrum.

I'm glad you say that. Just because someone has autism, or any other mental disorder, doesn't mean they're constantly gonna give signs, they're not constantly acting like they have a disorder. They can act 'normal' too! Some autistic people are so high-functioning that they can live ordinary lives and most don't even notice their diagnosis.

Combine that with the low gravity they'd have in space (no sense wasting energy with Earth level gravity if 75% will do just fine and make moving stuff around easier) and it's not hard to imagine her being able to move around easier.

The artist for her was also autistic, so they animated things like stimming and eyes wandering ect, i think thats what makes it so good. because instead of her character being an autistic portrayed through a neurotypical lens, she is as authentic as it can get. they even would run the script for her over with her autistic artist, to make sure it was authentic. the amount of autistic input into her character is so ibvious, and makes all the difference. she is hands down my favourite character

Even if it is an odd response, it does show that Entrapta was thinking about the group as a whole and knew getting out was top priority. If giving up a leg was the fastest means of reaching the end goal when there wasn't any time to hypothesise other ideas, then it just made sense to her. From the very beginning we get to see that she isn't all tech focused and that when it comes down to it she does think of her allies and friends, even through the hyperfixations. She's just direct, rather blunt and literal at times, something that I myself can be guilty of (though to a much lesser degree) since I too am on the spectrum.

As an autistic person, I can relate so much to Entrapta and I love her character.
That's great! For me I honestly like how she's positive and forgiving even when people have actually physically abused her. (Mermista pulling her hair, Catra grabbing her throat)
She is the embodiment of healthy development with autism. she knows that she is different and she is ok with it meaning she doesn't have to worry about the higher risk for depression that comes with most forms of autism. she is amazing at helping other get through low moments. and though I have not seen the show in full I'm going to guess that she hasn't had a meltdown at any point in the show (please correct me if I'm wrong).

I think Entrapta is the perfect case study for Chaotic Neutral. She has little to no interest in who is in charge or if they are good or evil as long as she is able to do what she wants. Sure she has a good heart but she did help the bad guys even knowing they were bad.

but i don't think it is romantic i think it's platonic after they met (which seeing more platonic affection is very important as those gets mistaken a lot of romance in real life and media, but that's in general!!!)

Entrapta is an excellent example of accurate autistic representation, and i love her to bits as a fellow person on the Autism spectrum. But one other character I always imagined as autistic (like me) is Papyrus from Undertale.
He only eats spaghetti because any other foods would cause a sensory overload,
He only wears his "battle body" because he hates a change of clothes messing up his routine,
He is super fixated on cooking and making traps and puzzles, and diverts all of his brainpower to making them,
He always seems happy because he has a hard time expressing negative emotions,
He has a "unique" approach to friendship because interacting socially does not come naturally to him,
Sans acts as his caretaker because he has a hard time dealing with the real world, and
He acts childish all the time because his development and maturity are affected by his autism.
But that's just my interpretation.
