Ajit, inspirational and motivating as always! You are also my new hero, not only for your training BUT for the amount of burpees you do! I gave them up a while back but...may have to resurrect them! Thank you!
Thank you for this Ajit. I have been very much in to self-help books and coaching for the past year and this is such a great summary of all of the key points I continously run in to in this process.
Honestly Ajit, this is one of the best lists (and explanation) i've seen around high performance. All great points, highly recommend everyone watch this and take notes. For point 4 - emotional calibration, often times people think they need to stop feeling the emotion or just move on from it. It is NOT as simple as that. Your 4-point process nails it. Really understanding a feeling and how to move on, being aware of the emotion and understanding the root cause is key. Asking ourselves the question of 'What are your high performance habits?' Thank you for putting this together.
This helped me a lot! I realized that the past week my anxiety was actually stemming from a feeling of disappointment, which is not what I had originally assumed.
Great question, Jay! ❤ There are many ways to go about that... for example, you could ask them what being productive feels like so they can see the gap and dig deeper into the root of their emotion. What else would you try?
Which of these 6 high-performance principles will you focus on first? Share your insights with us in the comments below!

Thank you for this video. It is very insightful and helpful. I am starting with identity.
Amazing! Thanks for sharing 💜
I believe "Identity" is very important as it is the lever that changes most of the other aspects. I shall start by upgrading my identity of self!
Fantastic takeaway! Thanks for sharing :)

identity level. When I feel discouraged or fearful. I look at my MIQ and my vision board. I move my body ie burpees, squats, walk or jog.
That's great, Cheri!
How do you clarify it with Coachees, whey they say they don't "feel" productive? How will you uncover that true emotion that they're feeling?
