- Here are the shortest Geometry Dash demons of each difficulty. I found the shortest easy, medium, hard, insane and extreme demons by downloading them and checking their length in the editor. I then verified the length by checking replays of them on UA-cam.

Fun fact: "Tower Descent" got rated as a short level which means it was under 30 seconds but since it was short it shortly got unrated and then pocke updated it to make it medium length and it got rerated. So now you know why the endscreen is long.

robtop doesnt rate short levels because if the level has 3+ stars and its shorter than 30 seconds you wont be able to beat them because of anti-cheat. thats why Xmas Challenge exists at 2 star rating

Using an exact YT frame timer, I found out that speequ is 30.200 seconds, Tower Descent is 30.517, and DooMEd is 30.500.

This actually raises an interesting question: which demons of each difficulty can be done with the fewest inputs?
I think that an easy demon would be like 1 frame perfect jump of 5000fps lol. Medium demon 10,000fps, etc.

I think Tower descent was originally short, the only reason its medium is because of the end screen

From what I understand it was unrated because people (probably twitter twats) complained that short levels cannot be rated. Kinda sad really
@plasmapanther4444 no, rob's awful buggy anticheat prevents levels that aren't rated 1 or 2 stars to exit the level once you reach the end if its under 30 seconds. so it was rated and then unrated because of that. rob commented on the level during it so you can find his comments on the level
"Hey, are you a demon? cuz you're short."

It's kinda scary how difficult these are because they are so short.
Longest demon is prob the Long walk home, which is like a 5* for 10 minutes

No jokes is actually the shortest extreme demon, if u time it with a built-in level timer and use 360hz, citra is 40.13 seconds while no jokes is 40.05 seconds
id still call citra shorter since like a second or so of citra is just endscreen

Counting only gameplay Speequ and DooMEd are 26.5 seconds and Tower Descent is about 22.5 seconds, making Tower Descent shorter in terms of gameplay.

Short lvl and under can only be rated 2 stars at highest im pretty sure
@@itzrandumb technically any level that is short or under can be rated anything but rob doesn't do this because anything higher than 2* with a lenght of short or less will trigger the anticheat upon completion.

Robtop did actually rate a few short levels, tho there was a sertan reason he never rated short demons, idk what it was tho, ah right I remember, if you complete a level above 2 stars in under 30 seconds the anti cheat kicks in so rob can't rate short levels higher than 2 stars. There are som tiny rated levels but thats just a bug, these level are all longer than 30 seconds.
About hard and insane demons. Geometry dash has got tiny hard and insane demons. Keep it in your mind!
But that's just wrong in game measure. They aren't actually tiny
Fun fact, using lag abuse Speequ can be beaten in around 27.5 seconds however you will be kicked by the anti cheat at the end. You can also skip a slow down in sober which saves .5 seconds.
The reason why there are no short demons is because if a short level gets rated it would be rated easy or auto

the ingame timer isnt completely accurate, so a level could end at around 29 seconds and still technically be medium

what about shortest (quality) demons that are too short for a rating (thx robtop's anticheat)? like for example vsc is much shorter than all of these but since its under 30 seconds it can't be rated so what about a video where you went through lists of popular short demons (like the challenge list) and found the shortest high quality level there
you'd have to estimate the difficulty but that shouldn't be too hard

Btw I wanna say something about your impossible or not videos. People can make triggers invisible using alpha triggers and then using the alpha triggers twice in order to make them invisible too so you need to like select the whole level in order to reveal the invisible triggers.(hope this helped you)

if you were timing the demons i think it would of been better if you timed all of them 3 times and then averaged it, because there is still human error and your timings might not of been perfect, but nice video though, its interesting and fun to watch

Doomed is a funny level because it's so skill based to a certain skillset. When I first found it, I sightread it in like 70 attempts lmao. But for people who aren't that good at wave consistency it can be absolute hell

Short levels can get rated, only 2 ⭐️. Even if they are like hard or harder like xmas challenge. Xmas challenge is short and its easy but its supposed to be ‘Harder’.
