Aloha was wondering I have almost Same cylinder but the sleeve tool you have with the prongs on the end my cylinder don’t have holes to put any prongs inside to remove last part to pull the shaft out any expertise will be appreciated

Hoping you can help me. I have a dump trailer with single acting telescoping cylinders. Today, they went up but on the way down they stop at transition to second stage, like a physical stop. I can continue to raise and lower through the first stage but can't get it to start lowering second. Thoughts?
