RHB and Whitby are my favourite places in the world, love the history of both. These videos are great to watch. I can't wait to go back to Whitby in October and RHB in January
I remember going to Robin Hoods Bay over 50 years ago. My friend & myself had a pony trekking weekend there & I remember riding on the beach, it was memorable.
Been to robin hoods bay loads of times with the children coming from Middlesborough it is not that far , it's only about 35 miles (56km) Just under 1 hour to drive there. It was a nice place to go in the summer months. There's a large car park at the top and you walk down. 🏴
I will be in Whitby 5th/6th April 2024, for the D.E.R.T. Rapper Tournament, and I intend to give Robin Hood's a quick visit to try that hill (again‼️‼️) It's a lovely little town 👍👍💯💯
What a cozy little seatown. On my bucketlist. Not the easiest place to reach from where I live, but I hope to go there someday. Looks like a place to relax and enjoy life. I certainly hope you had the time to relax and have a good pint in the end 😊
Very enjoyable video, I find your comments interesting and they add to the pleasure of viewing it. Thank you for taking it and posting. I visited Robin Hoods Bay about twelve years ago but sadly never walked down very far, fascinating to see so much more of it.
And on a serious note, I loved everything you showed me at Robin Hood's Bay. A gold medal village for sure. But it was the way that you presented your cinematic package that impressed me. I'm on the other side of the planet, in the southern hemisphere, and yet I feel that I've been to Robin Hood's Bay. I look forward to more examples of your skillful videoing. And thank you very much.
Love this video thank you ! I love robin hood's bay the last time I was there was about 16 years ago because my son was in a pram and the pram was laden with plastic bags full of food and drink because my wife was very organised by the time I got to the top of the hill pushing the pram I was nearly on my knees 😂 I was getting out of breath just watching you do it because I know exactly what it's like !! It's still a beautiful place !
I wrote a poem about East Yorkshire when visiting my sister. We went to Bempton Cliffs ,Robin Hoods Bay and Spurn Point. In my poem I say" Robin Hoods Bay was really lovely, its hidden behind a rise and once you reach the top of it, it a great surprise, like a table set to dine , with little houses all along a line " This was many moons ago. I live in South Africa. Before leaving the UK I lived in Hull. East Yorkshire is a beautiful county.
I visited Robin Hood Bay and I liked it , the biggest drawback for me was climbing back up that hill , I was looking for something to help me up there like a moving staircase 😂. But I was happy I went down it's a lovely place
According to Google, Robin Hood apprehended some French pirates. Who had stolen from the village and he returned it . So the people called it Robin Hood's Bay, after that. But it hasn't been. proven that he was real or just fictional ??. 🏴
Great walk 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽But the only house I could afford would be the bench at 22:41 I guess I could live on it 😅😅😅😅
Very good thought you gave a comprehensive view of the village and surroundings.
멋있어요! 탁 트인 바다를 보니 속이 시원하네요. 골목도 정말 예뻐요!!

I tried to see the aeroplane, but there were clouds in the sky
I then realised, I had clouds in my eye
Way too steep for me !!
