I’m excited for when you cover the 2.0 versions because I love 2018 mode’s gameplay loop. It always made more use of the “moving the fuck around and getting over full body paralysis” mechanics and actually lets you walk around the cafe and not stay in one room all the time. (Also fun fact, In 1988 mode you play as wario himself, and in 2018 mode you play as the man who calls you between nights, named Winslow.)

Ive never seen that thing in the attic before in fact I have watched loads of people play this game and only just found out about it from you what the hell is that thing anyway it looks like samara from the ring or kaiako from the grudge
@@stefanolenzi599 still 2018 mode still has the useless character problem from 1988 mode peach is pointless until custom night since there is no reason to go to the bathroom for batteries in the main game but with virus waluigi in 2018 mode its even worse since he is there from night 3 onward and unlike peach cannot be ignored completely you can still ignore him but he is still there what makes it worse is he is an active threat that cant be ignored because there is not an alternative to another mechanic no he just moves so god damn slow that you can completely ignore him in favour of the music box with virus mario (hell you can still ignore him completely when mario isnt even active yet) but just like peach in 1988 mode he becomes an actual threat in custom night though unlike peach is much harder to deal with so much so you have to balance when to use the light switch for waluigi over the music box for mario you can still ignore him like in the base game but unlike the base game you cant ignore him entirely whereas in the base game he moves so fucking slow it is impossible to get jumpscared by him even delibertly. peach in 1988 mode you can delibertly get killed by in the base game not here with waluigi but once the custom night happens he cannot be ingored completely anymore since he moves waaaay faster to where he becomes a problem when dealing with mario you typically want to use the light on waluigi twice before ignoring him in favour of mario the problem is how to decide when is the best time to do that since you want to keep mario in the bathroom for a bit before dealing with waluigi since once he escapes the bathroom it is manditory to have the music box to scare him of when he shows up when using the cameras tracking wario which means you can no longer use the light for waluigi because it is to dangerous with mario roaming about

Also! Waluigi doesn't randomly appear if I recall, he stalks you, and you can actually still grab the battery if Peach is there

the 2.0 and 3.0 versions do change these games up and make them far better!
