    the title says "best training frequency" , but the content is all about biomechanics (great vid, just misleading title)

    For me personally tricep pushdowns fit well. I feel my entire tricep contract so well doing that exercise with a straight bar attachment. It felt so good I started going a set everytime I say the cable empty with bar attached just calling my name 😂😂😂😂
