The third scheme has a FORCED that says Foul Play activates at the start of the Villain Phase, so you should've drawn four encounter cards at the end there (two from Foul Play, one normal, one from Time Portal).
Interesting video. I’ve only ever used Aggro for hulk but intrigued to try Justice after these two videos. You mentioned wishing you can play “One Way or Another” more. Have you tried adding “Vigilante Training”? I know it’s an AE support, but it’d help you cycle OWOA more and if you use “Counter Intelligence “and “Lay Down The Law” it’ll help you mitigate the threat added for going into AE.
Also, I forgot to mention. I’ve used Deft Focus which is dope because it reduces the cost of of a superpower card by 1. I’ve also heard, but haven’t tried yet, that machine man is a good hulk ally since you have to use resources to increase his attack or thwart and that helps you with hulk and having to discard his hand, so it helps Mitigate that penalty as well.

Also I never realized this, but now I see how crucial it is to have resource generators in low hand size decks!
It really does help. I’m warming up a lot to the enhanced (whatever) cards a lot. Especially if I need certain resources
best turn ever is Nick fury into mansion into triple to play immovable object and i have it on film i call those the hulk god turns

Is One Way Or Another what makes Hulk good? I guess it gives him enough of a boost that the extra side scheme ends up not mattering.
I think it helps him a lot and Justice can usually get off the threat from the scheme that comes in
