I guess you are right , because it was still on at ( t+1 )

At the initial stage the load is zero. When it reached the time t then it means it is 1. Then till it reaches t+1 the t remains 1 where the signal become low till it reaches the t+1. At that moment the data transfer will occurs. After t+1 the load may not be zero
