You gotta find a way from maximum to min set of zeros. Try striking out the zeros as minimum strikes as possible so it covers. The logic behind this is the assignment table would be invalid if you try solving w table 2 to find the assigned job. If you still have doubt, try assigning the jobs using table 2
why cant we just cut all the columns in 2nd table as it contains all the required zeroes
