if nebraska can go 7-5 and get a bowl win to finish 8-5 i would call that a success considering we havent even been in a bowl since 2016 and havent won one since 2015 and our schedule this year has 6 of our last 7 games against teams that all made bowl games and finished with 7 or more wins last year and to include Colorado and its hype puts 7 teams that at the very least will be competitive games and if there isnt an improvement in our ball security and efficiency converting and keeping our offense on the field it will easily be another rough season without a bowl.

8-4 would not be a failure. It would be a step in the right direction. However, I would be disappointed if we went 7-5 or 6-6.
