At least the power lines weren't a problem!! Just work the angles and up she comes. Another straightforward recovery. Thanks for showing.
Yep, the power lines couldn't have been much closer. Not so much of a problem when you didn't bring a boom with you though.😁
Right
The good time I watch your videos all day the great
Heard them playing your intro music during the Inauguration and instantly thought I accidentally started one of your videos in another window.
Yes, me too. That's exactly what I thought, and it sure grabbed my attention.
This is by far my favorite "tv show" on right now. I look forward to 8am on Fridays to watch this. Stay safe and God Bless!
Nice to see your doing ok during these trying times .
LOL. I laughed so hard.
"We appreciate repeat customers"
"I dont want to be!"
My thoughts exactly!! I love repeat customers, and being a repeat customer. But i sure as he!! don't want to be a repeat customer of a towing company. LOL.
Hey 18:01 a proper Roundabout in the middle of the USA. Love watching your videos from here in Scotland
They are getting more and more common here and people are finally learning how to properly navigate them.
Not quite - they're using it backwards!
@@ECEV They must catch on quick over there , most people don't know how to use the properly here in the UK and we've had the since the Sixties!
@@ECEV hello, but in NJ, there are basically been taken out, why ? Out of STATE TRUCKERS would drive STRAIGHT AHEAD. getting STUCK, & cause so many serious accidents , when people follow them correctly , So not there are still partial circles, but you can drive STRAIGHT THROUGH as did the MAIN ROAD , otherwise, there IS ALWAYS people whom think , screw you I was here FIRST !
Cheers 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Great response when your client was told he was a repeat customer. Enjoyed watching you carry out a relatively simple job and appreciated the communication between you and the overtaking articulated lorry on the moterway. We do that in the UK too, so it was interesting to see you guys do it.
When the title said "Tracked Down", I thought, O Oh, Another search and rescue mission meaning Ron had to find the Skid Steer. Like the two videos in the woods a few years ago.
that would have been cool
lol , that;s what i thought too
Those was U- steal-haul trucks.
For a second I thought it was an automatrics video :)
My thought to, but this works :)
Thanks for leaving in the driving. Get to see a part of the country I otherwise would never see.
03:30 Sir, thanks for caring and investing time to explain.
Hope soon we all will get rid of this dang pandemic. Until that time, thanks for taking care of you and ones around.
I enjoy a lot your vids. Keep the good work!
Very nice neighborhood ! Liked the different houses and the actual ROOM in between them ( not that 10 feet of space ) ! Have a great day y'all !
Ron thank you for giving me a tour of your city since I have never seen Missouri, just love your videos that rotator truck is awesome
I am grateful that you have developed the kind of personality that chooses to give a hat to someone who was having a bad day and didn’t appreciate that you were acknowledging him choosing your business for his unfortunate needs.
I would LOVE to BUY a baseball hat as Hubby and I LOVE watching your videos. You have taught us lots about how being ingenious and not stopping is a sure fire road to successfully completing ANY job.
Bless you and your family, business and church.
I'm always watching your video and enjoy watching them. Please try to remember to wear your mask when someone is near you. My wife and I we found the covid we had since the second of January we been home bound since and still. Please take care of yourself and family..
Great seeing the community you work in Ron, nice seeing the houses and the layout of the roads etc. So different to what we have over here in the UK! Another interesting recovery, amazed that those skid steers can't freewheel as it sure would make your job easier if they could! All the best from here in the UK
I see your beard is looking good there Mr Pratt. Thank you for another Friday mission. !
Heard your video intro song played by the military band during the inauguration ceremony. All I could think of was "Oh this is going to be a good towing video!" then I realized I was watching the news and not UA-cam :)
I heard it too!!!! My thoughts went straight to Ron...!
I also started looking for Ron when the music came on
The most amazing thing in this vid, Ron changing lanes at entrances to the highway like everyone should and so few do.
Joaqui Greensleeves , Yes I know what you mean, people blow horns, when I do the same, because they HAVE ZERO CLUES, in FLORIDA, I visited every year for 30 years, they DO NOT USE TURN SIGNALS, but now their laws finally caught up to them + points on license ! Cheers 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
🐸 when you brought up repeat customers.. reminded me of where Ray's fascination with wreckers began.. with his new van that seldom went a week without needing one... he got to know the local guys and all their equipment..
Would say " there goes another piece of equipment I payed for"
How are you doing? Think about you guys a lot.
@@RonPratt I miss him alot.. My son and his family came to spend yesterday with me,,, I enjoy your videos, keeps a bit of Ray with me, not that I wouldn't enjoy the videos anyway.. Thank you for all you do for those that come in contact with you. Never doubt that you are appreciated.
He was one of a kind and meant a great deal to me even the short time we were friends. May God always keep him close to your heart. God bless and I am grateful to you both for all your support of me and this channel.
Thanks for the super entertaining Videos. I,m always Happy when New Videos have been uploaded. Thanks. Stay healthy and take care of yourself. Glg from Germany (Saxony)
MALIK, hi being there have you ever watched ‘VN24’ some REAL heavy duty wrecks, much loss of life, they never show any bodies, just in the description,,anyhow it’s in GERMAN ! , cheers 🇩🇪🇩🇪🇺🇸🇺🇸
Hi from North Wales in the UK. Great video and loved the recovery and then the drive back and unloading. Complete story.
Nice video Mr. Pratt, it must be a nice day when you don't get a phone call while on a job or driving lol, especially a call about "your vehicle warranty", anyways, God Bless, be safe, and love the U.S.A.
I watch your shows on here all the time I love them so keep up the wonderful work God Bless You.
Due to the COVID we are not traveling much in the USA. However, thanks to Rotator Ron we get travel around virtually.
Good job, and bless you.
Nice to have loyal customers. God Bless
i LIKE YOUR (RON) NEW LOOK, THANKS FOR THE DRIVE..JUST LIKE I WAS IN THE JUMP SEAT...LOL...GOD BLESS.
Ron you did a super job loading that skid steer..... wonderfully done......
Thank you for leaving the driving portion in at normal speed. Stay safe.
thanks for the ride along
The skid steer must have had a "track"ing device. Ha ha ha. Great job actually stopping at the stop signs...great example. Hello from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
It was very nice giving the customer a hat I bought one from you guys and it’s one of my favorite hats fits great and really good quality
I don’t know if being a repeat customer to a towing company is a good thing 😂
in my opinion it depends on for what do you call them. if you have a car or heavy maschine rental service you maybe have to pull some cars /maschines out from deep slick and othe places bacause of unscilled custumers or you own a big parking space where you must towing several people who parking illegal on your ground.
i thinkin booth situations you can give the bill to the custumer who is responsible for that "mess"
even if you have bad luck and hs crashed more than one time. if you use the same towing company you know they`re service and knowlege. otherwise you wouldnt call them a second time.
Most tow companies have contract accounts that give steady work.
Now that would be a cool video... basically a "How To... Clean the rollback bed"...
I agree.
Power washer, done.
I enjoy the driving portion of your videos, i have been visiting the US atleast once a year for the last 10 years, I go to dragracing events and cars shows all over the US and i really miss traveling on your interstates, highways and city streets. I also miss your wide and deep parking spots at walmart =D We sure could use some of those back here in Sweden. Im looking forward to visiting the US again when things are back to "normal".
Well thanks for coming over have you ever been to the empty planes like we got in Nebraska
@@jarroddraper5140 Most of the planes flying around are empty now lol :D
23:00 look at you 2, being all courteous. Truck drivers at their best :)
I've had a few overtake me here in aussie, and they "wink" back at ya sometimes (alternating left, right, left indicating)
Old houses are awesome, the stories they could tell. I want a hat.
Deborah, I bought 1Old one, & now the current one , there may be other stuff by now.. cheers 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Soothing ride as a passenger.
I wish I was riding along that highway. I miss being on the road I always love the new s
sights and views.
I don't know if you're used to hearing from females, but here I am. One of my sisters told me about your channel about a month ago. I'm very impressed with your business. You and your team are amazing. I pretty much binge watch your videos for a couple weeks. That was a very nice house, and I enjoyed going along for the ride. That was also very cool when you gave that guy one of your hats. Keep up the great job you're doing, and may God continue to bless you and yours.
I have a very wide range of viewers from across the world. Glad to have you. Thank you very much. God bless.
Looks like your area is expanding with an interchange. And new developments with the houses getting closer together. Sad. I like space.
Hey, I don't care what other people say...I like to sight see as you drive. Fun to see how different towns are set up.
Being unable to travel a lot (mostly covid crap), I look forward to watching your videos, and have watched almost all of your old ones at least 2 times. Can only do so much housework before you are bored. lol Have a wonderful weekend!!
You could come do housework at our home. The wife and I would be greatly appreciative. I know....no travelling in today's climate. Just funning with you. Thanks and God bless.
@@RonPratt If I lived in the States, that would be fun, but I'm in Canada and disabled... not sure what a wonky broad could clean.. lol!!!
Nice job stay safe out there.
There's nothing like going down the highway with your steer tires in the air...LOL
The less they touch the road, the longer they last.
I like the driving part, nice to see more of another country and reminds me of the little bit of driving I've done there. Don't see many roundabouts in the USA, there are plenty here in the UK!
I was thinking just the same thing when I saw the roundabout too!
Round~a~bouts are ok when in a car, but is a nightmare when in a tractor trailer, especially when pulling "doubles" or "triples", or an over sized load, I'm sure other truck drivers would agree, round~a~bouts need to be eliminated because of being hazardous even if you have it to yourself, and then there are the idiot car drivers who impede on the trucker, I for one hate round~a~bouts
The first one I saw was in the Bahamas. I was so messed up mentally by driving on the wrong side of the road just to start with.
I like the driving part also. I've never been to Missouri and I like to see different parts of the country, They are starting to put roundabouts here. They take a lot getting use to.
They are starting to put more round abouts here in the US
Beautiful Lincoln Mark VII there next to the wrecker...
Ron hooking it up with the 17:30 minutes of driving my man.
I was asking myself if you were going to give them all that dirt off the bed, along with the machine...bet that was one nasty cleanup job.
Tried to locate where you got the thing and got thrown off by the new roundabout in Jackson. As of today Google Earth shows preparations to create it, but not the roundabout itself. Had to backtrack from Lacey St. to find it. There's another one further in town, but it didn't match the approaches. Once I figured out where the roundabout was, it was easy to find the street and steel canopy where you picked up the skid steer.
Repeat customer. Towing operator. I never thought I would ever hear those words in one of your videos. But, hey! You have a solid reputation and I can imagine that people have your number on speed dial.
A true pro including driver ,courtesy using lights like many drivers to let them know its safe to change lanes.
Kept thinking, my what a white knuckle drive. Just a little more weight on the front by a little more booty scooting toward the front. Looked like an ASV 75. That was one heavy trackloader.
I love those hats
Mr. Ron God bless y'all from south carolina viewer 🙏❤️🇺🇲💯 thank for another 5 ⭐ video 💯
Another job well done 👍
The shepherds barking is setting off my dog!
Hey Ron. Greetings from Karthik, India. Great video. It's been awhile since you showed a video of your shop and a video of what happens after the recovery.
Funny, it's the first time I've seen an American roundabout intersection in action. It made my Australian brain scream 'Nooooo! Anticlockwise at a roundabout? You're gonna die!!!' Then, only after freaking out, did I finally remember, y'all drive on the incorrect side of the road over there...
Go, Ron, go!
I like the driving portions too. Love riding along.
Whats that on ya chin Ron it seems to be getting longer
At first I thought it was a Brillo Pad.
Go back to clean shaven, please, with strawberries on it. Thanks.
"But I don't want to be a repeat customer"...lol
Really what did that cost that guy
Cute, sometimes my comment , also. Understood, as did Ron.
You should talk to us on the drive... Love all the video...
After watching a series of Riding With Dave (a rookie truck driver who talks almost constantly!) videos here, it was just too quiet!
Wish you needed A M100 would be great to see that beast on the channel
I agree with you jp but I don't think Ron would want the payment or insurance on that beast
He could get into more short heavy crane work.
Great job as always Ron. Stay safe
Love to watch you drive 🚗
New subscriber. On one of your videos I heard you say you needed wider mirrors, have you thought about using the same type that are used on mobile home totters? also by putting safety lights on them you could extend them out to give more incentive for people to move over and slow down.
We sure enjoy your videos keep them coming!
I new you had to put the anchor point on the upper side of the deck. After seeing your videos I think I could do the small stuff to start.
I love all animals but my first love for a breed of dog is boxer
Remember I know nothing about towing but what I've picked up from watching you. So now that you have it hooked and a 3 rd of the way on why not pull it out on to the road so you have more room to pivot?
That's right God gave this amazing body a immune system.
Nice job and video
well when I hear OH OH I think about SHIFT hahaha
greats from the netherlands from Jur
I see the k-rail is also very popular flowe in Missouri. They seem to be popping up more n more often all over. Think they might be an invasive species? 🤣🤣🤣
Hey ronnpratt I love your videos and I also subscribed and you are the best best best best best best best youtuber
He says but I don't wanna be 🤣🤣🤣 😉👍.
Now that was great.
RON, HELLO, so I see a beard & mustache , eh ?mine is similar but started with a mustache Curled, , measured 11.5” back in 71, then beard , till now, anyhow, your load was in a perfect place , That PETE tiltback, I know is an AUTOMATIC , so my question is it a 5, or 6 speed ? Nice day too, God Bless Cheers 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
It is a 6 speed. And, FYI, since the filming of this video the "goat" has been "sheared". The wife couldn't stand it anymore...LOL. Thanks and God bless.
My husband and I both enjoy your videos and look forward to watching more. I like the ride along but since I am in Illinois, I have no idea where you are. Maybe you could tell us where you are. God Bless you and your family.
i dont know how that truck is set up but it hauls the skid steer with no problems
This should be an easy job. Right? I don't know a lot about towing. Just assuming. Love your videos man. Keep up the good work.
That looks like a very old neighborhood!!!
You guys should start selling merchandise 👍🏻
I literally was checking your channel a few minutes ago and was wondering why you hadn't uploaded a video this week yet, and then I refreshed the page and saw this one. lol.
Well, Timeing 🤣
I was focused on the little rod rod in the shed at 42:00. :)
I love your Videos Ron.. and If I was in your area and needed help... youd be my first call....Paul
Hey Ron , I was always under the impression what you call a skid steer I have always called a bobcat, maybe both names are correct , any who always Interesting, Thanks
First, thank you for your service to our country....looking at your avatar and user name.... Second, Bobcat is a name brand manufacturer of skid steers and a LOT of people, myself included, sometimes refer to this type of machine as a Bobcat, since they were the premier manufacturer for quite some time. Technically, the machine is this video is called a compact tracked loader, but I still call it a skid steer. Lots of different names for the same thing..... Thanks for watching and God bless.
I'm a bit surprised you don't have a tandem axle ro-ro for these heavier things.
You need a rotating flatbed tow truck for situations like that
Alex was saying 2 line at first. Meaning he thought you needed a 2 part line to pull it up on the bed.
Also I notice the rear camera monitor moving a lot. Might want to tighten it down or resecure it somehow. That would drive me nuts not to have it jiggling around.
Great video
This is case when the job was easier then that contraflow on the interstate.
People don't pay attention in the normal traffic direction lol.
Would like to see the cleaning process of the truck sometime
Forget Google street view. Watch Ron Pratt lol
Hate them stupid round abouts, especially when you're towing a long trailer. We have one here where the road is really narrow.
Traffic circles work great, until they no longer work. Just after to @18:00 mark notice the backup coming into the circle.
Hey Ron,
I really like the tator truck really like the truck it is very nice truck, I have a stroke in June and January on 14th,
Please understand my situation and I am sorry okay?
God bless you
Ron,
Sincerely
in
Christ

Sir ron Pratt: Now you are near a braun notice "State Historic site, next Right Ballinger Mill. Francisco Eguía
You forgot the three short blast from your air horn when first backing up on the job site, but that's ok.
That would have really got the dog going and brought out all the spectators!
Was that about a 40k drive to the service agent? I'm from New Zealand and I was just guessing from the time passed and an average speed of 90 K's which is our max heavy traffic speed here.
